Job Description

• Ensure to achieve Company’s targeted yearly turnover.
• Ensures timely kick-off and proper handing-over of newly secured projects.
• Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
• Liaises with relevant parties to ensure all project disputes/ clarifications are settled.
• Attend site meeting, liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers and to ensure proper documentation. Sources, identify and secure new business opportunities for the Company.
• Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
• Preparing tender documents and quantities, providing cost estimates, evaluating tender proposals, conducting project feasibility studies and managing cost information for all projects Assist on any contractual issues with client, subcontractor and consultants.
• Negotiate commercial terms conditions for new and existing contracts
• Involve project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation
• previous experience with façade would be advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gul Circle. 5.5workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman & CEO.
• Provide support to the daily activities of the Chairman & CEO including emails and meeting arrangement.
• Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by Chairman & CEO including co-ordination.
• Arrange internal and external meetings.
• Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
• Attend to Chairman & CEO’s personal work.
• Any other duties as required by the Chairman & CEO.
• Can be travelling frequently.
• Explore business opportunity.
• Follow-up on sales enquiries email.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma/degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin - to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates.
• Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•Monitor and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts/Finance Department. Look into and solve any operational issues and problems of the Department.

•Establish departmental policies and procedures.

•Check and review that documentation is for payments to vendors/suppliers. Perform ad-hoc audits of accuracy and integrity in respect of accounts documentation for processing.

•Review and check on the integrity and accuracy of monthly accounts.

•Monitor and manage the cash flow of the Company.

•Prepare and present finacial reports to the management at the beginning of each month: a. Profit & Loss; b. Balance Sheet; c. Accounts Receivable Ageing; d. Accounts Payable Ageing; e. Progress Claim Billings; f. Bank Balance

•Management Accounting function in monitoring, and preparing special reports on project costing, budgeted and projected financial statements, and other reports as required from time to time

•Liaise with external authorities, bankers, and auditors on financial matters.

Requirements:

•Degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.

•Candidate must have a CPA certificate.

•At least 8 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Working Hours 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday Off)

Requirements
