Job Summary:

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in business development, client relationship management and the management of post-production teams. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in post-production, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across a range of content formats (TV, film, digital, etc.).

The Equipment & IT Administrator is a dual role, however if you feel your talents are only relevant to one of the two specialist areas we are still happy to consider your application.

The team member is responsible for ensuring that all company owned camera, audio, lighting, rigging and grip equipment is in tip-top working condition at all times, plus provides IT tech and admin support to the company’s Head of Technology.

For Equipment Management:
