Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide guidance to QC Inspection Team to ensure implementation of all inspection-related activities according to standards, including proper disposition and handling of non-conforming material/product.

• Ensure cleaning and environmental monitoring programmes for the site are done accordingly.
• Manage retention room for retention, reference and post-inspection samples, and sample retention system.

Requirements

Internal Reviews

• Visit subsidiaries and review operations and internal controls with reference to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Controls Self-Assessment (CSA), reporting inadequacy, lapses or discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Liaise with key personnel in subsidiaries to monitor the progress of improvements implementation, at the same time evaluating its effectiveness.

Risk & Compliance Activities

• Maintain the Group’s finance SOPs, key among them, the subsidiary accounting handbook and supplementary policies, enhancing and updating them periodically.
• Assist in coordination of the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management activities, where top risks of the Group are identified and monitored to reduce risk of occurrence or impacts.
