DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Set the stage first thing in the morning; this includes making coffee, layout Newspapers, confirm the waiting area is clean and free of clutter, check for outgoing parts, and prepare manifest sheets. This duty should be repeated several times during the day during slow periods;

•    Answer phones promptly and professionally;

•    Maintain excellent customer service by communicating with the passengers in a positive and pleasant manner;

•    Maintain a list of needed office supplies, consumables, etc. and relay to the Base Manager if applicable;

•    Coordinate all outbound aircraft;

•    Manifest and check identification for all inbound and outbound passengers through TSA list when needed;

•    Gather and sort all incoming mail and faxes;

•    Log all incoming and outgoing packages. Arrange FedEx when customers send in outgoing packages;

•    Email daily aircraft status at the end of each day after confirming status with the Lead AMT;

•    Email hotel and rental car logs every Friday;

•    Keep a log of all mechanical delays on contracted aircraft and email every day;

•    Keep a log of the number of passengers traveling outbound each day;

•    At the closing of the day, make sure the manifest/sign-in sheets are ready for the next morning;

Security Officer – Aberdeen Heliport

We are currently seeking part time, permanent security officers to join the Bristow Aberdeen terminal team, to complete the required security services that are critical for both flight and operational safety.

The positions will be approximately 20 hours per week, but can be discussed further during the interview process.

Principle Responsibilities:

• To control access and egress to restricted areas of the heliport.
• To undertake required security searches of passengers and their luggage to ensure that items being carried are compliant to regulatory, Bristow and client requirements. This involves both hand searches, and the use of x ray equipment.
• To undertake regular foot patrols of the terminals and wider areas around the base to ensure there are no security breaches, such as bags left unattended.

We are seeking B1.3 / B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our Engineering Teams in Aberdeen. The Fleet Engineering Specialist’s overall purpose is to be the primary source of knowledge of their assigned aircraft model(s).

They are responsible for monitoring and improving the maintenance and inspection programs to ensure Company aircraft are maintained safely.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical documentation issued by aircraft manufacturers, vendors and airworthiness authorities and issue instructions to the maintenance organization as required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous Document Control experience preferred;
• Previous knowledge of document control processes and procedures preferred;
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel;
• High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat software;
• Must meet all requirements in order to travel internationally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promoting safety in all areas by ensuring that all instructions pertinent to safety are properly observed;

• Ensuring the Hangar Lead is immediately aware of aircraft irregularities (i.e. major maintenance discrepancies, project schedule delays, record discrepancies or emergencies);

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid FAA A&P license required;
•  Must be available to work overtime as required;
•  Previous training or experience with company specific airframes preferred;
• Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs, (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Must be detail oriented, a fast learner, and be a self-starter.

The Billing Specialist – ensures the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of customer billings consistent with contract requirements, and issued with appropriate support. The Billing Specialist– is accountable for assigned customer billings issued monthly.  Billings include flight hours, fuel charges, and other miscellaneous contract reimbursables which require a high degree of accuracy.  Additionally, a continual follow up of outstanding customer receivable balanced due is required to drive strong operational cash flow.  The company maintains a high standard in internal controls and this position will participate and document the execution of controls for management and auditors.  This role will support Americas operational team and ensure accurate, timely reporting of operational results.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile monthly activity for flights, reimbursable expenses, monthly fixed fees for billing to customers each month with detail
• Issue invoices through SAP and follow up on payments from the customers
• Maintain files to reference active long-term contracts for billing customers monthly
• Work with operational team in issuing monthly invoices and credits
• Interact with customer and customer systems to load or transmit monthly invoices in required formats for payment
• Execute tasks for the month end of Bristow
• Continually work to improve accuracy in business processes while maintaining high standards for internal controls for the business
• Assist in the preparation of internal process documentation
• Participate in quarterly audit requests for external and internal audits, and other miscellaneous audit efforts of Americas region.
• Work closely with team members to help achieve a timely month end close each month
• Ad Hoc requests, schedules, and reports
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with contract billing, reimbursable costs or other contractual requirements outlined in customer contracts
• Accounting degree is required
• Must have ERP General Ledger accounting experience, preferably SAP
• Experience with RAMCO flight tracking is a plus
• Experience working in a global, international organization

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The Payroll Accountant – ensures the integrity and accuracy of compensation, preparing and reviewing disbursements for payroll prior to finalizing. The Payroll Accountant – handles processing related to compensation costs. The Payroll Accountant will assist employees who have questions, or need help related to compensation or deductions.  The company maintains a high standard in internal controls and this position will participate and document the execution of controls for management and auditors.  This role will support Payroll Manager and ensure timely preparation of payroll disbursements and related payments.

KEY TASKS:

• Prepare payrolls on multiple Bristow entities.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and meet all deadlines associated with personnel costs.
• Continually work to improve accuracy in business processes while maintaining high standards for internal controls for the business.
• Communicate with Human Resources, managers and employees on topics related to payroll and compensation costs.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll entries into accounting records.
• Perform assigned SOX controls critical to the close process to ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of internal process documentation
• Participate in quarterly audit requests for external and internal audits, and other miscellaneous audit efforts of US.
• Work closely with team members to help achieve a timely month end close each month
• Ad Hoc requests, schedules, and reports
• Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of work experience
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of systems, preferably Workday and SAP.
• Experience working in a large company is a plus.
