• Monitor and track program progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular updates and reports.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout program execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, managing complex projects and programs across multiple teams and locations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
