Job Responsibilities
- Work with a team to develop brand and communication strategies that embrace organization’s philosophy, mission and vision and ensure they are practiced throughout the organization internal and external stakeholder’s communications.
- Develop and implement marketing communications including sales collateral, letters, videos, digital tools, interactive content.
- Gather/analyze relevant market data (consumer, competitive economic, positioning, distribution channels, trends advertising) and translate into SWOT Analysis for future brand plans.
- Drive distribution and product penetration for modern trade and, work closely with business development to develop trade activation to drive sales.
- Drive creation of all internal presentations for marketing and branding related.
- Manage marketing budget (relevant sections).
- Partner with promotional counterpart to ensure synergies between innovation and promotions.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications; and; all organization marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition.
- Ensure articulation of organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
- To manage and build a strong brand portfolio management.
- To lead and participate in discussion with business development team and provide support in trade marketing planning and execution for both on, off trade and digital commerce platform.
- Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist chapters in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
- Conducts relevant market research and coordinates and oversees social media trend.
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives.
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
- Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of the Organization and use this information to help the Organization operate with initiative and innovation.
- Leads projects (food fairs, exhibitions... etc) as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.
- Min. 6 years’ of relevant experience in the full spectrum of Marketing.
- Candidate with experience in F&B / FMCG industry will be value added.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Good organisation skills.
- Ability to analyse numbers.
- A strong creative eye and excellent copy writing skills.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
