Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily general cleaning & housekeeping services for office area which include working areas, washroom, pantry areas, meeting rooms and common areas (i.e. walkways, staircases, landscape areas).
• Assist in preparing and serving of light snacks, fruits and drinks/beverages to visitors/guests whenever required.
• Keep the office pantry area clean & tidy and maintaining the general cleanliness of kitchen appliances and cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Refilling and restocking of cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels etc) and pantry supplies (biscuits, beverages etc).
• Maintaining cleaning products and pantry supplies and update HR & Admin department to order new supplies when necessary.
• Daily clearing of waste bins and dispose all the rubbish from office to designated areas.
• Watering and maintenance of plants.
• Any other general cleaning duties and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Compliance Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Infrastructure Operations, Sustainability and Compliance in the following areas: Standards Set-up, Document Control & Management, Data Analysis, Training Support, Internal Audits, Regulatory Research & Stakeholders Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standards set-up: Assist in establishing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and sustainability regulations.
• Document Control & Management: Help to maintain and organize compliance documentation (i.e. policies, procedures, and audit reports).
• Data Analysis: Analyze compliance metrics and sustainability initiatives data and help to develop reports for management review.
• Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on compliance and sustainability topics for employees.
• Internal Audits: Support the planning and execution of internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and sustainability practices.

Key Requirements

Job scope

• Production machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and repair all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
• Troubleshoot in accordance with the checklists, monitoring procedures , mini specification, and any engineering instructions in compliance with customers’ requirement and internal quality standards.
• Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repair, calibration and conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare part inventory and maintain the production facility clean and safe.
• Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps.
• Perform daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Requirement
