We are looking for a Freelance Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to support us for 3 months and prefer someone who can join us on a short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management:

o Orchestrate end-to-end activities of projects from Client brief to timely delivery of materials

o Runs account projects including timing plans, production budgets, resource, client requests

etc.

o Organises and is accountable for timelines, status reports and internal reviews.

o Ensures that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the Client

are compiled with guaranteeing quality assurance.

· Stakeholder Relationship:

o Builds and own a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, planning and creative teams.

o Understand Client’s business, values and their needs intently.

· Business Acumen:

o Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through writing clear, concise, and

detailed creative briefs.

o Progress project with initiative and understanding, based on Client insight and the role played

by other departments.

o The ability to present and sell creative ideas, by persuading the Client of its merits.

o Understands qualitative and quantitative research and how to apply learnings back into the

creative work.

o The ability to build a solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.

Undertake/oversees good competitive reviews and compiles brand audits.

· Process Effectiveness:

o Has responsibility for the financial activity on the account by ensuring timely project billing – all CEs signed, POs secured and invoices sent within the appropriate timelines.

o Provides accurate estimates and invoices activity on the account.

o Develop an understanding on how to grow Client business.

Skills & Experience:

· Displays a grounded understanding of advertising and marketing campaigns

· Experience working with SEA markets

· Knows and understands the FMCG way of working (consumer research etc) would be a plus

Responsibilities :

• Creation, development and implementation of Social Media content calendars across multiple regions
• Creation and editing of static images and videos for social media
• Compiling data from Social Media accounts for reporting with recommendations
• Comfortable managing internal stakeholders (strategists, creativities, editors, etc.) and clients across multiple regions
• Manage community managers from different regions
• Engagement and management of creators and key opinion leaders

Requisites

• Familiarity with social media channels (FB, IG, TT, YT) is a must
• Ability to shoot and edit social media posts (both static and videos)
• Ability to craft and review social copy
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Emplifi, Brandwatch, etc. is a plus
• Experience managing regional social media accounts is a plus

This role will support the business objectives of MullenLowe Singapore through the management of all core HR operations processes and policies. The HR executive supports the Senior HR Executive to manage HR activities for all employees and is responsible for all general HR administration as well as talent acquisition as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the administration of all HR operations activities. Support in managing employees’ entire lifecycle within the company from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and employee data in various HR systems.
• Assist in foreign employees’ work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Assist in preparation of various HR letters, including contracts, certificates, confirmation letters, etc.
• Support and assist in monthly payroll process.
• Assist in employees’ tax submission including foreigner tax clearance and annual tax submission to IRAS.
• Support and administer government related funds/claims submission, e.g. MINDEF, Maternity compensation, etc.
• Assist in preparation of HR reports.
• Assist in training and development projects for the agency.
• Be part of the employees’ engagement team and support in preparation and execution of related activities
• Coordinate the agency recruitment process in conjunction with HR Director
• Support the implementation of various initiatives and projects

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with multinational network individuals as well as the local agency.
• Experience of working in an agency/communications environment will be a plus

• Supporting the team in preparing materials for meetings – scripts, Client presentations, creative references, and status reports.

• Experience in solely running small projects from start of brief to final delivery – e.g. Key Visuals / Animatic (with line manager overseeing).
• Analytical skills in understanding matter at hand, especially in order to run the smoothness of projects with key functions.
• Experience handling multiple projects at one time and keeping calm under pressure / seeking out solutions.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and organized, able to multi-task / prioritize actions on a daily basis.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools.
• Basic editing, subtitling/relevant program skills a plus.

The role:

MullenLowe is looking for a Technical Project Manager on freelance basis to oversee day-to-day operations of technical projects.

The role requires creating and maintaining project plans, task assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

This role requires working collaboratively with cross functional teams in the agency and with local and overseas partners to ensure a seamless project management process.

You must have the ability to maintain the broad vision required for leading the project, including strategic thinking and leadership from beginning to end, as well as the talent for overseeing all the small details that add up to fulfilling our commitment to client satisfaction and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the oversight of day-to-day project activities, ability to assess and call out risk at each project phase and chair project management team meetings

· Tracking of key project milestones and maintaining project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of project

· Act as an advisor to the client and working with technical team in building the overall technical solution and fine tune the solution to fit the client's requirements

· Engage and participate in project deployment and post go-live support

· Produce different type of performance reports for management which can include project status, project health, resource availability and risks reports

· Document creation/management responsibilities

· Organizing meetings, setting right agenda, recording outcomes and tracking open items to closure

· Conduct project post mortem to evaluate and ensure all successes, failures are captured and how to prevent them in future

Skills & Experience:

· At least 5 years of experience in managing web development projects

· Experience in delivering mid-to-large scale Sitecore projects with excellent knowledge of technical terminologies and processes

· Excellent knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies, risk management and change management techniques

· Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams

· Proficient in JIRA and Smartsheet as project management tools

· Fluency in English

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good analytical abilities, attention to details and a good problem solver

GOOD TO HAVE

· Understand cloud computing such as Azure and AWS

· Candidates with developer background and/or formal project management certification would have added advantage
