The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic and passionate team. Our Marketing Officer will support the development and delivery of P3’s marketing and communications to internal and external audiences to achieve our primary departmental goals:

1. Build P3’s brand and reputation on a local and national scale with our key external stakeholders to build trust as a service provider and to support organisational growth.

2. Review and implement marketing channels to increase recruitment rates and improve candidate quality.

3. Provide effective internal communications to support employee and volunteer retention.

The Marketing Officer will be line managed by our Digital Communications Manager, working closely with colleagues to pitch, draft, design and deliver internal and external digital and traditional marketing content.

The Role

Job Title: Inreach/Outreach Worker (FTC Maternity Cover until March 2025)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for 2 early shifts per week for outreach

We are looking for a dynamic individual to work with people across Erewash, Amber Valley and South Derbyshire, who are affected by homelessness. You will be supporting people into appropriate housing and providing follow-on support to help them to sustain their tenancy, promote independence and overcome barriers that may have been the triggers to their homelessness.

You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and help people access services that support needs such as drug or alcohol issues and mental health. You will need to be able to work alongside a wide range of agencies and act as the lead in the delivery and coordination of their support.

The successful candidate will be provided with full training but you must be flexible, friendly, proactive, approachable and non-judgemental with a desire to help and change someone’s life. You will also need to have the ability to make on the spot decisions and be ready to deal with challenging situations at times.

Flexibility is required as the Outreach shifts will be dependent on the need in the geographical area at the time.

Job Title: Support Worker

Hours: 32 hours plus 2 sleeps per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, on a 3 week rolling rota

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our accommodation-based service, working with people temporarily living in our hostel to assess their support requirements in order to facilitate a suitable move on to single, double or shared independent accommodation in the community. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.

You will be supportive, personable, and willing to help solve issues arising from mental and physical health, addictions, accommodation problems, paying and managing bills and living costs. You will assist people with interactions on their behalf with other agencies, such as GPs, police, energy suppliers along with councils and landlords.

The willingness to go the extra mile to help people achieve independent living is essential, as is the ability to report and record all interactions and events using our electronic systems. You will have access to IT and office-based equipment at our Cheltenham office to ensure all requirements of the role are fulfilled. You will work closely with the Service Coordinator, who will monitor your work along with providing supervision, support and advice to achieve the most out of your role and progress.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Coventry team supporting people that are currently experiencing homelessness.

We help people with budgeting, signposting to various supporting agencies, maximising income and offering wellbeing support. Our aim is to ensure people have a secure and safe place that they can call home.

As a Tenancy Support Worker your role will be to provide support to families in Coventry that are living in temporary accommodation. You will help parents and children by providing advice on how to manage a tenancy and ensuring they are accessing the correct benefits, as well as attending meetings regarding the family when requested. You will also work in partnership with various supportive agencies around the city.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, caring and dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness or issues maintaining their tenancy.

The primary goal is to help individuals/families access, maintain and sustain suitable safe and stable accommodation whilst addressing the underlying factors contributing to their housing issues.

As a Support Worker you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the people we support are secure in their tenancies and play an active role within their communities. The commitment you will have to helping people find stable housing and access essential support services is more valuable to P3 than any previous experience as full training will be provided.
