Job Description

• Answering to phonecalls, whatsapp and emails from customers for job order requests
• In charge of taking photo/video of disposal record for customers
• Provide supporting documentation/certificate for customers
• Planning and execution of drivers/crews work schedules
• Address and resolve scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Upkeeping of vehicle and equipment maintenance matters including vehicle/ equipment monitoring and repair, servicing, insurance, reporting etc.
• Maintain and update reports for NEA, recycle and waste etc on a timely basis.
• In-house class 3 backup driver
• Participate in yearly ISO/ OHSAS certification
• General administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good command of English (read and write)
• Able to communicate English & Mandarin in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
• Organized and able to multitask
• Team player
• Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
• Class 3 driving license & knowledge on local map reading will be an added advantage
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience
• 5 days’ work week with occasional work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

· Collection of Waste using open-top container and compactor.

· Filling in service/ delivery order forms as per request.

· Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid top-ups, etc.

· Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.

Requirements:

·Hold a Class 4/ 5 driving license is a must.

· Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in driving Heavy vehicles with a semi-auto transmission.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around office buildings.
• Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

• Must possessed valid Registered Excavator Operator (REO) license
• Physically fit

Responsibilities
• Driving a Rear End Loader (REL) truck to perform Refuse collection in accordance with the schedule
• Operation of the REL truck to empty bins and transfer bins to the hopper.
• Assist attendant during recycling waste collection
• Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.

• Labouring work as required to complete recycling collection jobs.

Requirements

Job Description

· Responsible for accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system for invoice creation and updating new suppliers‘/ customers’ details

· Handling of purchase orders and supplier invoices while ensuring the accuracy of all data and information as recorded

· Updating of debtors’ payment details into accounting system and follow up on outstanding payments

2. Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead).

3. Basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, tools, and trucks.

5. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Only for certified welder, preferably with 3G/4G certifications.
