UWCSEA East is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced University Advisor from March 2025 until July 2025.

Considerable current experience of advising students applying for admission to universities in North America and the United Kingdom is required. Familiarity with advising and application processing in Australia, Europe and Asia would be valuable, as would experience in advising students with financial aid needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute as part of a team to the delivery of a comprehensive programme of university advising services for a high school of 1,000+ students, including guidance, information and advocacy as they navigate university application processes in 20+ countries worldwide.
• Conduct personal advising meetings with an assigned caseload of 50+ each in G11 and G12, including some students with high financial needs, and help them in their process of planning, researching, and applying to universities, identifying and understanding career options, and implementing their post­-graduation plans; provide additional advice and support for up to 10 graduates currently taking gap years or doing National Service.

The Middle School Learning Support team focuses on fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises a student-centred and strength-based approach. Reporting to the Primary School Principal and the Head of Primary EAL, the EAL Teacher supports English Language Learners to achieve their potential and access the five elements of UWCSEA’s Learning Programme. The Primary EAL Teacher will work with all teachers in supporting English Language Learners from Grade K1 to Grade 5. Experience with Early Years would be an advantage.

Considerable current experience of advising students applying for admission to universities in North America and the United Kingdom is required. Familiarity with advising and application processing in Australia, Europe and Asia would be valuable, as would experience in advising students with financial aid needs.

The appointee will lead learning for this area of the curriculum. UWCSEA Dover has a vacancy for August 2025 for a Head of Middle School Learning Support. The Middle School Learning Support team focuses on fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises a student-centred and strength-based approach. UWCSEA Dover is seeking a Teacher of High School Learning Support from August 2025 to join our dynamic and flexible support team. The High School Learning Support position focuses on fostering an inclusive environment that prioritises a student-centred and strength-based approach. UWCSEA are in the initial phases of implementing a tiered support model, and this role involves collaborating with the team around the child to ensure all students can thrive within the UWCSEA learning programme. UWCSEA Dover seeks to hire a dynamic and experienced Director of Activities and Sports to continue the development of an outstanding Activities Programme and to facilitate the coordination and further development of Sports at the College.

This role will be accountable for the development, leadership and management of the Campus Activities programme. The position is a significant leadership role and the incumbent will be a member of the extended Dover Leadership Team (DLT). This role will engage the leadership team for Dover Campus Activities and Sports, collaborate with school principals and build meaningful partnerships with third party providers. It will also involve significant liaison with the Singapore community and the South East Asian International schools community.

There will be a small Physical Education teaching commitment associated with the role.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Coordinate all aspects of the activity programme within the school to ensure that all students have access to a broad and balanced programme.
• Lead, design, and implement the K-12 Activity Programme at UWCSEA Dover.
• Assist the School Leadership Teams in developing strategic plans and policies for activities and ensure DLT are engaged in discussions of developments with the programme.

• Oversee the MUN programme in partnership with the MUN coordinator.
• Administer and develop the Community Activities programme and the Holiday Activities Programme, including residential camps at holiday times.
