Dingli has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, autonomous, and customer focused EWP Parts Interpreter with career ambitions to lead the Australian parts distribution warehoused at Yatala south on the Gold Coast. You will have attention to detail and a willingness to learn while enjoying building relationships within a multicultural environment. To accelerate career growth and be successful in this position you will need to have computer skills across Microsoft Office products and be familiar with ERP stock management systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify correct parts using our equipment manuals.
2. Entering orders and arranging freight providers.
3. Ensure timely supply of parts through the ordering, receivables, and dispatch process.
4. Placing orders with the existing supply chain.
5. Preparing invoice documentation for the sale of parts for the finance team.

The Field Service Technician position at Dingli will be based in Singapore, providing maintenance and repair services for our customers and business partners. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting field and workshop maintenance on our EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms) and Material Handling products. This includes performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be involved in inventory management, as well as traveling to customer sites and entertaining clients.

Successful applicants for the Field Service Technician position will possess the following:

• Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field
• Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment
• At least 2 years of post-trade experience working on EWP equipment (experience is looked upon favorably)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong computer and communication skills
• Reliability, innovation, and a desire for career progression
• Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Singapore
• A valid Singaporean driver's license

The ideal candidate for the Field Service Technician position should meet the following requirements:

About the job: We are currently seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our Singaporean team. As a Service Manager, you will assist the company with all after sales service matters including but not limited to telephone technical support, fault finding, machine repairs, warranty claims and spare parts processing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage product distribution and training throughout Pre delivery, Service, Parts, Warranty & aftermarket support.

2. Market analysis, Marketing strategies, Product development & pricing for the parts and service business.

3. Provide feedback and technical guidance to the Dingli Service Team on design and performance improvements that are required for the Singapore and Asia Pacific markets on a monthly basis. 

4. Provide details of the work carried out, parts used, time and mileage of van, with any comments appropriate to Dingli while repairing machines.

5. Build relationships with the key service personnel at each customer.

6. Develop and maintain product safety programs throughout the Asia Pacific region.

7. Drive projects for continuous improvement and streamline existing processes in the Asia Pacific region.

8. Develop budgets, manage P&L responsibilities, forecast revenue, COS and Expenses, monthly progress forecasting and planning.

9. Provide operational leadership for product sales and service team within the Asia Pacific region.

10. Human Resource Management including Goal alignment, workforce planning, performance management, retention strategies and conflict resolution.

11. Provide technical support, training and build a strong service team.
