Overview
The Customer Experience they provide is at the core of their proposition & growth plan, so the position of Customer Service Agent is seen as pivotal in their organisation. Act as the lead officer and manager for two of the four Area Planning Committees leading the two teams of officers focused on delivering high quality development in Somerset. • Manage and lead the property compliance service across different sites.
