We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Admin based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
In this role, you’re expected to:
The role will be in the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) functional group supporting the consumer banking divestiture.
The TSA Admin is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of information.
Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
Provide administrative support focusing on PMO activities including but not limited to project coordination, billing processing, entitlement tracking and third-party management
Be accountable for identifying and resolving routine problems, completing assigned tasks within constraints of scope, time, budget, and quality with minimal supervision
Support TSA Manager with project deliverables progress tracking, schedule monitoring, risk, and issue recognitions to ensure workflow are properly and timely managed
Maintain governance committee decks, management reports, minutes of meetings and project artifacts by securing that all necessary materials are current and organized appropriately
Perform Risk and Control related duties and ad-hoc assignments as specified by TSA Manager
Develop positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments, regional and global teams
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
2-5 years of related business experience
Any project management experience/exposure would be a plus.
Ability to communicate across different audiences.
Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and prioritize to deadlines.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
