Research Fellow (postdoc) positions in the Department of Chemical and Bimolecular Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS).

The primary objective of this position is to foster a profound design principle towards novel, efficient and robust electrochemical reactors for the efficient conversion of CO2/CO into liquid fuels. The key is to prevent the electrolyte flooding while maintaining the CO2 reduction efficiency.

The research fellow is required to help in guiding young students, visiting scholars, and assisting the establishment of larger research applications and facilitating initiatives with respect to sharing and developing infrastructure for electrocatalysis research within NUS.

Job Requirements

Applicants must hold a PhD (or other equivalent degrees) in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science or other relevant related field. The Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE) is a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR). Quantum Innovation Centre (Q.InC) is an A*STAR-level entity hosted within IMRE. Q.InC and IMRE are looking for a senior principal quantum scientist who has sufficient experience and proven track record of success in leading and managing quantum research, and bringing in external competitive funding.
