OPPORTUNITY
The selected candidate for this position will be an integral member of the Counseling and College Persistence Team, leading the organization’s expansion of Dual Enrollment programs, College and Career Access Pathways, and Career Technical Education.

This is a Central Office position which will require travel between schools and the Central Office. The College & Career Access Pathways Coordinator works year-round and is a grant-funded position ending on June 30, 2026.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
> In collaboration with Senior Director of Counseling and College Persistence
> Assist with the development of sustainable and replicable dual-enrollment, college and career access pathways, and CTE programs that can be launched throughout the network
> Develop feedback mechanisms that teams can utilize to improve and update college and career pathways
> Serve as a liaison between schools, government agencies, and higher education partners
> Coordinate relationships with corporate, non-profit, community college, university, and rigorous gap year program partners to implement initiatives that promote and enhance postsecondary and career access and success for GDPSC students
> Progress monitor accountability standards and program/pathway goals partners, schools sites and relevant stakeholders
> Prepare and submit reports as needed to meet reporting requirements and other
programmatic needs
> Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to track and share outcomes across initiatives
> Coordinate with Central Office communications and operations teams to develop collateral to promote awareness of program and services in order to meet program recruitment targets
> In collaboration with the Counseling and College Persistence, Finance, Education, Development, Data Analytics teams, establish and drive short- and long-term strategies for scale and sustainability of the program within and outside of existing regions
> In collaboration with the Senior Director of Counseling and College Persistence design, develop and lead innovative pilot programs leveraging external partnerships to effectively and sustainably drive college and career success outcomes
> Lead partner strategy, assess the strength and potential of existing and prospective partnerships and negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) that will benefit GDPSC students
> Lead professional development and coaching for school teams related to partnership development and success management.
> Oversee the development of program activities with GDPSC middle and high schools that support the program goals. Oversight includes negotiation of sub-contracts, ensuring partners complete vendor certification, COI, and MOUs and approval of all expenditures, approval of changes to activities, and enforcement of policies in place to ensure compliance with related regulations.
> Participate in Green Dot and individual professional development programs
> Attend and participate in all team meetings and professional development sessions
> Plan and participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with Sr. Director of Counseling & College Persistence

QUALIFICATIONS
As an ideal candidate, you:

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $102,000. Opportunities for salary growth are available over time; however, offers near the upper end of the salary range are uncommon. Individual education and experience will be considered when issuing offers. In addition, if hired by June 30, 2024, this position qualifies for a one-time $2,500 signing bonus, paid in two installments after months 6 and 12 of employment (subject to change).

They will create programs and curricula that support our alumni throughout their college and university journey and into their initial career calling. They will also play a pivotal role in supporting our new Black Student Success Program at a specific Green Dot High School cohort.

This is a Central Office position which will require travel between schools and the Central Office. The College and Career Success Coordinator works year-round and is a grant-funded position ending on October 15, 2026.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish relationships with college and university stakeholders in various areas, including but not limited to: student engagement, admissions, student support services, career services, counseling support, student activities, residential life, etc.
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities for first-generation college students from low-income backgrounds and/or high needs populations
Maintain communication with alumni via various platform such as text, email, phone approx.
Utilize the Alumni Data Tracking system Google sheet to track support and outreach to monitor college persistence and increase post-secondary attainment among Green Dot graduates.

Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel you will be supporting Hospitality's Distribution and Media business unit.  That will involve providing first-level legal support to the Media Destinations Sales team and Hotel Distribution team, including drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS, advertising service, technology agreements and distribution agreements).

• Provide strategic support and legal counsel regarding the expansion of the Amadeus Media Demand Side Platform in NORAM and APAC. Provide solution-oriented, responsive, and commercially practical legal advice, while containing legal risks and exposure to the maximum extent possible. 
• Liaise internally to ensure all escalations and approvals are obtained throughout all processes. Role includes direct and significant interfacing and negotiating with HOS mid and some senior level business and product teams and external lawyers; consulting with other support units in Legal (regulatory, IP, Privacy, Data Governance, etc.) as necessary. It will be key to understanding the broad product suite as well as the digital advertising environment.
• Support all compliance and risk management initiatives related to business areas supported. 
• Ensure Amadeus general and Hospitality-specific policies and standards are maintained and enforced consistently. 
• Liaise and collaborate with Amadeus privacy, risk & compliance, Data Governance, and CISO teams to ensure uniform enforcement of policies and minimization of risk.  These activities also require appropriate levels of knowledge to be shared with other legal team members, especially the Hospitality General Counsel.   Work on compliance-related projects as they arise.                                                                 
• Serve as trusted legal advisor to the supported business areas. 
• Review and respond to a variety of questions from the business. 
• Support and liaise with various internal areas, including product, sales, account management, CISO, operations, technology and engineering, marketing, finance, delivery, customer care, order management and communications.  Provide practical business-oriented solutions to complex legal issues.  You will be required to provide expedient, reliable, off-the-cuff advice on a wide variety of general issues relating to the supported business areas.  You will manage competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment. As necessary, liaise with external counsel and procure input and advice in a cost-effective manner.                                                               
• Work with manager to maintain and update all HOS Distribution, Media, Data Provision templates and policies.  The role will also require coordinating with all applicable teams to update terms as products evolve and customer feedback is taken into account.  Assist with the continuous updating of the online terms and conditions, including general terms, product-specific terms and third-party terms.                            
• Provide legal support on various other matters, such as conducting legal research, performing due diligence/data mining reviews, assistance with the preparation of negotiation guidelines, preparation, and delivery of legal training to the business, assisting in the development of processes/systems to streamline the delivery of legal services to the company (e.g., automation and other efficiency-related initiatives), and ad hoc matters/projects, as they arise.     
• Responsible for remaining abreast of key developments in the digital advertising industry with a particular focus on privacy, data usage, and industry specific technologies. Collaboration with both internal and external specialists in these areas and guiding the business on cutting-edge industry technology matters, including the Amadeus Media Demand Side Platform (Amadeus DSP).

                                                           

About the ideal candidate

• Law degree from a superior US or European school. Preferably also an LLM/LLB
• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a demonstrable record of success in prior roles. 
• Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with some experience in Media and data privacy.

1. Manage the strategy

SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will support the Customer in the design and implementation of Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) for the US EUCOM Enterprise Network (AEN), coordinating with internal Information Assurance personnel to maintain and operate the ACAS tool functionality, and operate and maintain the ACAS solution to support network and appliance scanning and configuration assessments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical expertise to support the Combatant Command (CCMD) cybersecurity program and its functions IAW current architectures, which includes all hardware and software tools and sensors from perimeter to endpoint. 
• Implement and install ACAS (Nessus scanners and Security Centers) on AEN networks
• Provide expert level program management guidance and recommendations, planning, implementation, training, and execution of enterprise support for ACAS and other related tools.  Guidance shall include recommendations for best practice configuration of ACAS organizations, scan repositories, asset lists, scan profiles, etc.
• Provide and maintain a project schedule and a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) document for the ACAS system as needed.
• Assist with automation and implementation of periodic vulnerability reporting from ACAS to other organizations.
• Produce the EUCOM Cyber specific documentation necessary for assessment and authorization of the system to achieve an Authority to Operate (ATO) in accordance with NIST guidelines (e.g. technical diagrams, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) reports, Administrator and User Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and manuals, training, baseline documentation, etc.).
• Support installation, configuration, and testing of new software releases as directed by the Government. Upon completion of functional testing, the candidate shall deliver a test report that documents test results.
• Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner.

We are seeking a Distributed Cloud Support Engineer who is hardworking and committed to customer success. You are comfortable in both the Support and Engineering environments, translating internal Engineering communications into clear, concise directions for customers and partners. You are passionate about helping our customers tackle problems. You will provide support via phone, email, Slack and web portal. Support requests range in complexity from "how to" questions through involved debugging and forensic efforts when prioritizing operational issues. What You’ll Do:

• Fix reported issues and advocate for the customer.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide support to resellers, service provider and enterprise customers, as well as end users via telephone, e-mail, Slack and the web portal.

• Issue reproduction and concise documentation of solutions provided through technical notes, case studies and knowledge base articles.

• Critical issue management and customer assurance when handling reported issues.

• Coordinate fixes by engineering or Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) when required and relay appropriate information to our partners and customers.

• Provide recommendations on how to improve supportability, reliability, availability, and serviceability based on lessons learned through issue resolution.

• Training and enabling our service partners to ensure that they can sufficiently support customer issues.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience such as having 2 or more years of experience working in an operations environment or background in customer service/support and IT, network, or IT security incident management.

• Strong understanding of Networking and Layer 7 Protocols as well as experience in security product/solutions experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes) as well as public cloud experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure is preferred.

• Ability to read different scripting and automation (Python, Shell and Ansible).

• Knowledge of Data Representation types (XML, JSON and YAML) and Virtualization technologies.

• Phenomenal communicator with English, independent, collaborative and possess strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask when leading sophisticated technical issues.

• This role requires availability outside normal business hours with some travel may be required (less than 10%) to align with the distributed team or to respond to critical security events.

What You Will Do:

• Performing assessment and risk analyses of systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle

• Acting as Cybersecurity Consultant

• Leading the planning, execution and reporting of security audits and network vulnerability assessments with minimal supervision
