Typical day as a Maintenance Surveyor

• Carrying out pre and post inspections of repairs on both responsive and void properties, managing a patch covering North Lakes, ensuring high-quality work and that our customers are happy with the outcome.

You have

• Building surveying experience including property condition and dilapidation surveys and specifying remedial works.


• Hold a Building Surveying qualification HND, HNC or Degree Level.

These systems include plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, equipment repairs, and interior/exterior finishes (ex redecorating rooms, conducting fire training, water checks, fire testing, compliance checks, health and safety checks ) Engaging with approved contractors as and whenrequiredand sourcing alternative suppliers as and whenneeded. Covering all emergencies relating to the fabric of the home or systems contained within the building. Where applicable, the Maintenance Coordinator will have direct line management of the Maintenance Assistant, which includes day-to-daysupervision, objective setting and annual reviews, approval of hours, absence management and holiday authorisation.
