What is the Role?
Our SME Direct Telesales Team handles all inbound sales and renewal calls from SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers in both NI and ROI. It's a well-established, successful team and you'll be the first point of contact for our commercial customers, capable of handling negotiations in a professional and compliant manner. In this role you will:
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls to existing commercial customers
- Close sales and retain existing business customers
- Create proposals for NI / ROI customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and agree contracts
- Complete all back-office procedures to ensure sales / retentions are correctly processed
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment
- A background in sales / renewals in NI and ROI by phone and email
- Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies
- The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
- A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential
