What You Will Do:

As the Finance Operations Analyst, you will support the Head of Finance Operations in order to ensure the correct flow of funds and data for Outpayce’s regulated payment services. You will ensure that the Function operates in accordance with our regulatory obligations and will assist in generating reports to evidence this to the Regulator.  You will analyse, process and monitor transaction disputes and assist Customer Care colleagues with transactional queries.

The immediate focus is on the establishment and documentation of the Finance Operations procedures and processes.

• Protect Customer Funds and reconcile client accounts;
• Ensure that settlement obligations to the Scheme are met;
• Process and monitor disputes with both Mastercard and Visa and investigate and resolve rejected transactions;

What You Will Do:
