Lleoliad gwaith: Cartref Preswyl i Blant - Mochdre
A hoffech chi weithio i rymuso plant rydym yn eu cefnogi i ddatblygu barn, teimladau a chamau newydd yn yr agweddau pwysicaf o’u bywydau?
Mae cyfle wedi codi yng Nghonwy ar gyfer rôl barhaol fel Dirprwy Reolwr Preswyl yn ein cartref gofal newydd ym Mochdre.
Mae’r cartref newydd pwrpasol yn darparu gyrfaoedd a phrofiadau heriol a gwerthfawr yn seiliedig ar ein gwerthoedd o weithio gyda’n gilydd i wneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol i fywydau plant fel y gallant ‘fyw’r bywyd gorau posibl’.
Rydym ni’n gwneud hyn drwy ddarparu amgylchedd diogel a chefnogol i blant a phobl ifanc a phrofiad sy’n dwyn boddhad lle caiff eu llais ei glywed a sydd wedi ei seilio ar eu hanghenion unigol a’r hyn sy’n bwysig iddynt hwy.
Rydym yn chwilio am bobl sydd â’r un gwerthoedd â ni ac rydym yn awyddus i recriwtio Dirprwy Reolwr Preswyl i ymuno â’n tîm.
Mae hwn yn gyfle gwych i ddylanwadu ar ddatblygiad y gwasanaeth newydd a gwreiddio ymarfer therapiwtig sy’n ystyriol o drawma ac yn canolbwyntio ar y plentyn yng ngweithrediad dyddiol y cartref. Bydd y plant y byddwch yn eu cefnogi wedi cael nifer o brofiadau niweidiol yn ystod eu plentyndod ac fe fyddwch chi, drwy gynorthwyo’r Rheolwr Cofrestredig i arwain y tîm, yn sicrhau fod y tîm yn gallu helpu pobl ifanc i ddeall eu profiadau ac i adfer yn dilyn hynny a datblygu sgiliau newydd a gwytnwch yn eu bywyd fel oedolion.
Fel y dirprwy reolwr bydd angen i chi gefnogi’r Rheolwr Cofrestredig i:
• Reoli cyflawni cyfrifoldebau gweithredol
• Sicrhau cydymffurfedd gyda’r safonau o fewn y gwasanaeth a reoleiddir
• Sicrhau fod gwasanaethau’n cael eu darparu yn unol â’r Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant.
Mae’r gallu i siarad gyda defnyddwyr gwasanaeth yn Gymraeg yn ddymunol, ac
rydym yn annog ymgeiswyr sy’n rhugl yn y Gymraeg i ymgeisio am y swydd.
Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd.
Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.
