About the Role

This is a key role within the communications team that will see you create understanding and awareness between the organisation and the key local and regional audiences that matter, as the charity embarks on its biggest ever period of growth.

This role will involve managing a small portfolio of local end-to-end integrated communications and PR programmes at various stages, to launch new Youth Zones in Barnsley, Crewe, Grimsby and Preston. We have jobs all over Bolton, Bury, Chester, Manchester, Lancaster, Northwich, and Crewe. We are only in these locations once a month hence the 50p extra per hour. Most of our work is local in Bolton. We do not pay for commuting to the first job. Your pay starts as you start on the first job, and your pay ends as you leave the last job. 50p per hour is added to the £12ph for every hour worked to allow for travel time.

Zero hour contract Holiday Pay which pays 12.07% of all hours worked

You could work 8-4pm every day which is 40 hours a week easily, more hours can be arranged. £500 per week gross.

Pensions are with NEST should you wish to opt in.

You would be managing a member of staff - work must be checked. You would have a Van, this must be kept clean and tidy for work use only.

Why do we need a 3 months Induction Period

To learn all the job locations, the frequency of jobs, the specification of cleaning of each job, the system, the company policies and procedures. We work differently from any other window cleaning firm and offer only a perfect service to our customers.

The Role

Bolton Council is going through an exciting and unprecedented period of transformation over the next few years, and we’re looking for talented people with a broad range of change management experience to help us achieve our ambitions. The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in driving and delivering strategic change activity across the council, including development and implementation of our Future Council (Target Operating) Model. This is a very varied and challenging role, and requires a systems thinking approach, coupled with solid experience of delivering complex change that has our citizens at its heart. About You

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and quickly pick up some key pieces of work, so you’ll need significant experience of delivering and managing change projects and programmes, ideally taking a systems thinking approach. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple, fast-paced and complex pieces of work simultaneously, and will have a focus on demonstrating improved outcomes, supported by a strong evidence base.

You need to be comfortable working with colleagues and partners at all levels, as well as elected members, and you must have strong leadership and influencing skills.

Job Description

We offer a hot food service 7 days a week 24 hours a day, our expectations for our head chef is to work Monday to Friday 7.30am till 4.30pm but this can change to meet the business demands.
