-Drive the business adoption of the newly implemented IFS ERP system, initially in terms of post go-live stability but in time ensuring its future development in support of the CTO.

The Director of Corporate Governance will provide strategic leadership for the Trust across all aspects of Corporate Governance. The Role:
The Project Director will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring that it is delivered on-time,
within scope and within budget. The Project Director will work closely with the site engineers, design
& engineering team, project managers. H&S team and the finance team within my client, as well as
externally with the subcontractors, equipment suppliers and clients/developers to ensure on
schedule completion and compliance with the company's quality standards.

Your role will involve, but not be limited to:

• Coordination and roll out (according to company procedures) with Design Department for the needed support during tender preparation.
• Decision on brand and type of major equipment for the tender in accordance with commercial and technical specifications
• Cooperation with the technical team for calculation of Performance Warranties for the project [PR level, production warranty, availability level]
• Review of Head of Terms and legal due diligence of the tender contracts
• Review of the commercial terms of the tender [payment terms, warranties, timeline, LDs, etc]

The Associate Director of Housing will join a vibrant team playing a pivotal role in providing exceptional services to their tenants. This is an exciting role as the Associate Director of Housing oversees those services which determine the strategic, financial, and reputational success of the company. About you

A creative and hands-on role, the Associate Director of Housing is responsible for meeting the needs of tenants and ensuring that the condition of the homes achieves their high standards as well as those of the regulator. Essential criteria:

• 5 years plus experience in the Housing Sector.

• Experience of designing and delivering exceptional customer service frameworks.
• Experience of managing a small team.
• Expertise in conducting data analysis and building business cases and proposals.
• Proven experience in budget planning and cost management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and regulatory standards in social housing.
