Lead and provide oversight to complex Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) facilities projects or programs ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, including those projects or programs with ill-defined requirements, parallel tasks, multiple dependencies, high risks, and multiple interfaces; lead the scheduling and prioritization of work tasks and prioritize critical activities for facilities projects from initiation to completion.

Lead, develop, interpret, and enforce ODNI facility policies and building operation guidelines and manage the preparation of reports and information required by ODNI, Office of Management Budget (OMB), Congress, and other government agencies.

Lead the development of and monitor the status of structured recommendations on facility operational improvements that comply with applicable Executive Orders, regulations, and statutes.

Lead and oversee teams to provide communication with customers ensuring that customer expectations are consistent with realistic time and cost projections and solicit customer feedback to assess customer satisfaction.

The selected candidate will; Provide an advisory role to SSD leadership on a broad-range of personnel security initiatives and issues. Research, coordinate and recommend proposed solutions to requests and policies in alignment with Security Executive Agent (SecEA) and IC equities.

Orchestrate, direct, and draft Congressional correspondences. Develop IC policies in response to Intelligence Authorization Act requirements.

Develop a policy for waivers submitted by heads of IC elements under ICD-712 and oversee the waiver process on behalf of the DNI.

Create and sustain partnerships with other IC elements.

Serve as the Deputy NIM for Economic Statecraft; represent OESET and the NIM-Economic Security and Emerging Technologies (ESET) to ODNI and IC leadership and the policy community.

Manage and guide a team of program directors in advancing and integrating the IC's work on economic statecraft, including sanctions, illicit finance, export controls, investment security, digital assets and support to domestic economic agencies. Oversee their work on mission posture and health of the community reviews; development of substantive communities of interest; timely completion of Congressionally Directed Actions; engagements with the interagency and the private sector, and collaboration with other ODNI offices on recommendations for achieving National Intelligence Strategy, National Security Strategy, and senior policymaker goals and objectives.

Ensure seamless integration with OESET's two other Deputy NIMs on technology driven economic competition and technology application issues, as well as the Director of OESET's Investment Security Group, to ensure integration and strategic alignment across all of OESET's mission areas.

Develop and guide outreach to Non-Title-50 agencies and the private sector in full collaboration with key ODNI elements and the IC, driving synergies and alignment to mutual benefit.
