About You

The post holder should have previous experience of mixed portfolios, maximising revenues and taking strategic decisions to the benefit of the Estate. SECTION 1- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: CLINICAL: Assist the nursing and/or therapy staff in the rehabilitation of patients using a range of delegated skills. I am currently recruiting a Finance Officer to join a local authority on a temporary basis to cover a secondment. The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated support worker to join our Integrated Urgent Care Team within our community team. The Integrated Urgent Care Team provides short term interventions to maximise independence and responds to urgent/crises situations to enable people to continue living in their own home for as long as possible. The team responds to patients discharged from hospital wards, A and E and MAU (Medical Assessment Unit), assists in preventing inappropriate admissions to hospital, as well as supports those in crisis in the community.
