Functions:

1. To manage the regulatory compliance function of the company, which include medical device registration, post market surveillance, clinical evaluation.
2. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from countries / regions such as the EU (MDR), US (FDA), Malaysia (MDA) and so on.
3. To develop and maintain Technical Documentation for each medical device category.
4. To participate in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Specifications that comply with the relevant regulatory and customer requirements.
5. To keep abreast of the regulatory changes and its implications, keeping management apprised at all times.

Profile:

1. Degree / diploma in medical, engineering, science or regulatory field
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in regulatory affairs in the medical device industry
3. Practical experience in dealing with regulatory bodies (Malaysia MDA or foreign authorized representative such as the EU)
4. Good organization skills and proactive in ensuring regulatory requirement are met.
5. Good communication skills to maintain communication with external and internal stakeholders.
6. Good written skills in English.
7. Auditing experience in ISO 13485 or GDPMD will be and added advantage.

• You will conduct causative research investigations and analysis of unresolved inventory discrepancies, inventories of sensitive items, classified items.
• You will perform all duties related to identifying and correcting database imbalances through physical inventory, causative research, analysis, and initiating corrective actions.

• You will conduct Record Reconciliation location audits by reviewing warehouse bin locations of aviation material searching and comparing transactions in both the supply/maintenance system record ensuring location validity and synchronizing databases.
• You will recommend and initiate new or refinement of existing procedures, to improve stock record, inventory accuracy, Location Audits Program (LAP), and security of stocked material.
• You will maintain the inventory program IAW NAVSUP Inventory Integrity Standards P-723 and responsible for annual wall-to-wall inventory to include filing inventory count sheets, causative research, and survey program.

• You will serve as the Production and Broadcast Studio Manager overseeing the stand-up, operation, and maintenance of the school’s state-of-the-art satellite broadcast studio.
• You will be the primary contact with supporting satellite broadcast activities in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting/repair of broadcasting capabilities.
• You will be the domain subject matter expert for multi-media production and design working in close coordination with course directors to develop visual media for use in training courses.
• You will edit and produce on-site video and provide photographic support for curriculum development in support of the school’s mission requirements.
• You will prepare sets in either a studio or on-location, configure lighting, and operate video, audio, and camera equipment in various locations in support of curriculum development.

Your new role
As a teaching assistant within this school, you will be supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis within the EYFS/reception class. You will be this pupils' main point of contact throughout the school day, meeting them at the school gate and walking them back to their grown up(s) at the end of the school day. You will actively encourage this pupil to partake in learning material by liaising with the class teacher and breaking down the learning material into a more digestible manner. Where you’ll be based

You’ll work on a ‘relief’ basis predominantly covering some of our most beautiful learning locations in South Wales and Southern England.

Our schedules are written out well in advance, sometimes up to 8 weeks, so you have plenty of notice on where you will be. Although, we do need you to have some flexibility to cover at short notice at times, for example if an illness occurs.

When you’re not scheduled to work at a learning location, you are given flexibility to work from home remotely or you always have the option to work from the closest centre to your homebase.

Currently, this role is offered on a non-resident basis (negotiable); but accommodation is provided whilst working at a location away from your home area.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll have a degree or equivalent in an appropriate academic discipline, previous experience of teaching or tutoring and experience of writing and undertaking risk assessments.

This position will require you to regularly travel to our Field Studies Council locations across the UK, some of which are in beautiful remote locations but cannot always be accessed by public transport. Therefore, to be a successful candidate a full valid Driving Licence is an essential requirement.
