The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant / 1:1 TA will have:

· Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities

· Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours

· Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent

· Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable
