As the Solution Owner, you will:
Ensure pharmacy solutions align with Gundersen's overall vision and mission.
Lead the development and execution of a roadmap for pharmacy-related solutions.
Set clear goals for solutions and ensure their successful achievement.
Proactively engage stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
Foster collaboration and accountability within the assigned team to deliver solutions.
Clearly and concisely communicate with diverse stakeholders, including operational and business leads, Scrum Masters/Project Managers, and developers.
Possess a strong desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve pharmacy operations through innovative solutions.
To be successful, you will have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Extensive knowledge of both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy settings.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving shared goals.
Ability to think critically, analyze data, and make sound decisions aligned with long-term goals.
The ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
A strong desire to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid position but candidates must have the ability work on-site frequently in La Crosse, WI.

Job Description:
The Solution Owner is responsible for aligning with strategy, driving vision, development of roadmap and achievement of the goals and objectives of the assigned solution. This person will bring knowledge and decision-making authority and ensure stakeholder engagement and end-user needs are met. The Solution Owner shares accountability for success with the cross-functional team assigned to the solution. The Solution Owner must be highly effective in communication with all stakeholders, including operational and business leads, Scum Master or Project Manager and Developers. The Solution Owner will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and have a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for maximizing the value of the outcomes resulting from the work of the team.
2. Responsible for defining and achieving improvement and strategic outcomes, financial goals and success metrics.
3. Responsible and accountable for the solution defined as a specific capability or set of capabilities that work in conjunction to enhance business value.
4. Responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the solution team’s backlog of work, ensuring it reflects the most valuable outcomes to be delivered.
5. Ensures business solutions are commensurate with goals as well as priorities.
6. Responsible for the development of competitive and differentiating use cases for complex, multi-year opportunities which meet the organization’s goals and requirements.
7. Identifies and interprets end-user requirements mainly for solution as well as services.
8. Identifies opportunities for solutions within customer/user base.
9. Develops and manages direct relations with main stakeholders as well as subject matter experts.
10. Analyzes data as well as interprets data focused on enhancing service delivery.
11. Articulates the business value of our services and solutions to customers/functional areas.
12. Works closely with business area(s), enterprise portfolio management, technology and other support areas to identify, define and resource new features to the solution.
13. Develop and manage budget.
14. Attain approval, track, update and report to management.
15. Shared responsibility for complete team performance.
16. Leads identification of required skills and recruitment of team members as required to address gaps.
17. Work harmoniously in a large cross-functional team including individuals at all level of the organization.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or a related field
Work Experience:
REQUIRED
3-5 years of experience with agile product management, product or solution management or leadership experience or functional area expertise.
Demonstrated experience implementing large scale functional improvements or strategic outcomes
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
Ability to work across functional groups
Ability to identify gaps and areas of improvement, provide recommendations
Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
Ability to lead others through a servant leadership mindset
Innovative problem-solving techniques
Data analysis and understanding of business value experience
Demonstrated proficiency in prioritization methodologies
Understanding and demonstrated use of change management practice

Operational experience in a healthcare setting

License and Certifications:
