Ensure parts conform to drawings and are processed in the allotted timeframe.
Ensure all documentation is accurate.
Support the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required.

NVQ in Engineering manufacture or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship
Previous experience of working in an engineering environment.
English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above

Job Summary The role of Clinical Lead within ADHD 360 is multifaceted, requiring a balance of leadership skills, clinical expertise and a commitment to maintaining the delivery of high-quality care. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a group of dedicated clinicians, ensuring the effective functioning of the clinical team, the safe delivery of care, and excellent patient experience. In your role as Clinical Lead, you will be expected to role model the behaviours and values of our organisation whilst demonstrating your clinical responsibilities and specialised skills as an ADHD Practitioner. This requires you to be an independent / supplementary Prescriber, supporting patients throughout their treatment pathway which will include the triage, assessment, diagnosis and where appropriate treatment of adults and or Children in the care of ADHD 360. As a clinical lead you will be expected to be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and skills in ADHD clinical delivery. You will support staff with medically complex cases and at least one area of clinical speciality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision of the clinical team- Oversee and support the clinical work of team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. This includes providing 1:1 Supervision, Supervised Assessments and Deep Dive Audits. Conduct regular team drop ins to discuss cases, share knowledge, and address challenges. You will be the teams point of contact to discuss clinical issues including differential diagnoses, medical concerns and prescribing. This will provide an opportunity to ensure a unified approach to patient care, ensuring consistency across ADHD 360 service. To be responsible for the clinical induction and coaching of all new staff within your team, supported by the wider programme of onboarding within the organisation, and to provide support to the clinician throughout the probationary period as required Experience of overseeing & managing mental health risk &/or safeguarding concerns raised by your team. This must include the ability to contain and support so they can carry out their role efficiently and promote a culture of safe management of risk. You will be the first point of contact for support regarding the management of risk providing advice and guidance and ensuring adherence to the relevant legislative and legal requirements. In the absence of the Team Lead, you will be the point of contact for your team members to report and record clinical incidents, taking all necessary actions to ensure the immediate safety of patients, their families and staff. Liaise with and provide technical support to senior medical, nursing and allied health professional staff to ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with EU Clinical Trials Directive (20001/20/EC) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and that Trial delivery complies with Research Governance Framework. Support and actively lead the set-up of new trials including: identification, Feasibility and Site Initiation. To identify and secure appropriate resources to support clinical trials and delegate appropriately. To ensure that they act at all times in accordance with the relevant professional body: NMC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics. To arrange patient appointments for preliminary screening, informing patients directly or over the telephone of the screening procedure and answering patient queries regarding this process To be responsible for delegating appropriate administrative and clinical care associated with all necessary investigations. To complete clinical trial case report forms (CRFs) and answer any data queries arising from these. To be responsible for informing the GP of their patient participation in Clinical Studies and to liaise with him/her and the Practice Nurses (if necessary) informing them of the study results where necessary. Maintaining data collection and record keeping (including medication accountability, case report forms, patient information and patient case notes) ensuring accurate, comprehensive and rigorous standards of validity of trial data and all other patient records. Performing clinical trial procedures, e.g. venepuncture, ECGs, BP monitoring, height & weight recording, handling tissue samples. To act as a contact point and a resource to patients both during the trial and in the follow-up phase. To monitor stock levels in own service area and request new equipment as appropriate and to observe personal duty of care for equipment To communicate and liaise regularly with the Research Delivery Network, Sponsors, Clinical trial monitors, Principal Investigators, and staff in Lincoln, Pilgrim & Grantham. To line manage junior staff as appropriate, complying to trust policies as applicable. To identify training needs of the Trust staff, particularly for clinical trials Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and ULH policies and guidance.
