Key Tasks: To deliver direct care, treatment and emotional support for patients as required within set protocols/policies in accordance with the patients individual care plan. To contribute to the assessment, implementation and monitoring of patients and carers, identifying physical and/or psychological problems and liaising with the appropriate health and social care team members. Supervises a staff of Air Traffic Control Specialists that is responsible for carrying out air traffic control assignments within a geographic area.

Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate employees. Sets work priorities and schedules. There are currently 4 substantive consultant delivering 3.5 Full time equivalent posts, and 2 associate specialists who have interests in early RA, systemic vasculitis, ultrasound and osteoporosis. Applicants with the same or complementary subspecialty interests will be considered equally. Supporting the Consultants are a Specialty Doctor, Specialty Registrar, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and a Secretarial Team. There is no General Internal Medicine component to this job. The Department has broad clinical interests with particular subspecialty interests in early inflammatory arthritis, systemic vasculitis, ultrasound and osteoporosis. A full range of services is provided, including paediatric rheumatology (with a visiting consultant from Birmingham Childrens Hospital) and adolescent rheumatology clinics. The department has considerable expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and a dedicated diagnostic ultrasound machine. This post will consist of 10 PAs to deliver both inpatient and outpatient Rheumatology services. SPAs will be used both for personal and departmental development. The 10 PAs will comprise as follows: Direct clinical care (DCC) 7.5 PAs Supporting professional activities (SPA) 2.5 PAs There is no weekend working but where relevant there will be consideration of time off in lieu. There are no on-call commitments.

Main Duties

Operations

-To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.

-Fully engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and Mitie management and use of all technology provided, including body cams and mobile devises to aid in the reporting of all incidents.

-Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).

-Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions, thus familiarising oneself with any changes in order to suggest additional amendments that will improve or enhance the current level of service.

-To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation (you are required to obtain a front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision), which must be worn at all times whilst carrying out your duties. There are also additional courses that are contractually required.

-Work in a systematic, methodology and orderly way.

Training

-Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training.

-To undertake training to ensure continuous self-development as directed by the Security Account Manager.

As a Cold Store Operative, you will be working in a frozen food environment where you will be picking, packing, and processing orders, stacking and wrapping pallets and preparing the orders to be shipped. You may also be required to undertake other duties, such as quality control.

This is a chilled facility and warm clothes will be needed.
