Charles Warren is a good school with 210 children on roll, it serves a diverse community. Our school has well behaved and motivated children. Set in beautiful grounds, it is well resourced and has its own specialist resource base for children with communication and language needs in Key Stage 1. We provide high quality CPD to all staff routed through the instructional excellence model. In addition, we have a strong workload and wellbeing strategy in place (i.e. allocated subject leadership time, a wellbeing working party, stand out shout out recognition, to name a few). A recent Ofsted survey highlighted how 100% of staff feel well supported, are proud of the school and enjoy working at the school.
