We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our human resources department for Oil Palm Plantation based overseas (Papua New Guinea). JOB DESCRIPTION

• • Support change management initiatives, providing guidance on how to navigate organizational changes while maintaining employee morale and productivity.

  • To develop and maintain an Attendance and Leave management system that will manage daily workforce tasks and record attendance all employees.
  • Working together with holding company in conducting HR policy & process audit, reporting gaps and ensuring implementation of action plans to rectify the gaps and ensure KRA setting exercise is completed as per timelines.
  • To provide support for expatriate and local staffs in HR strategies, including Talent Acquisition/Talent Retention/Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Career Development.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, retirees, resignation (pervious employees), terminations, sick leaves and all types of other leaves and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations.

Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.

Requirements:

Engineering Trade Qualification preferably Fitter Turner or Fitter Welder or equivalent

• To conduct compliance risk assessment of the organization, including reports on ML/TF/PF inherent risks, residual risks and mitigating controls, on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions. • Update shipping schedule with other liner and do booking to the liner once customer confirmed the booking date and prepare booking confirmation;
• Follow up with shipper on the Invoice, Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Check cargo and D/O with Jetty or Warehouse;
• To arrange transport with Transporter for delivery;
• Coordinate and assist on the Insurance and Fumigation on behalf of customers;
• Responsible to inform customers on the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) and Estimate Time Departure (ETD);
• Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door);
• Follow up the door shipment on behalf of customer until reach the destination;
• Prepare Monthly Objective Report and submit to Assistant Manager for checking;
• Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding/shipping environment;
• Multitasking with effective communications and time management skills;
• Excellent reporting skills;
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

• Conduct sales/proposal Presentation for Audio Visual and conference solution to client
• Meet/exceed sales target set by the Management.
• Provide pre-sales consultation to clients on AV and conference solution setup
• Manage business relationship with key client.
• Work closely with project team and ensure timely fulfilment of orders as per proposal.
• Prepare monthly sales report
