What do we expect from you as a Production Operative:

Working within a chilled factory environment, you will be handling raw meat. Your key responsibilities will be to process and pack food products accurately whilst making sure all food safety and quality standards are met. Part of your role will involve placing raw product into packets to the specific weight required for that customer.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. CLINICAL 1.1. Under supervision and with support delivers low intensity treatments to patients with mild to moderate presentations of anxiety and depression 1.2. Proactive in identifying learning opportunities as a trainee PWP within service, utilises available support and resources. 1.3. Assess and support people with a common mental health problems in the self-management of their recovery. 1.4. Undertakes patient centered assessments which identify areas where the person wishes to see change and or recovery and makes an accurate assessment of risk to self and others. 1.5. Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to the departments referral protocols, and refer clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary or step up the persons treatment to high intensity in conjunction with clinical supervision. 1.6. Provide a range of information and support for evidence based high volume low intensity psychological treatments. This may include guided self help, computerised CBT, information about pharmacological treatments. This work may be face to face, telephone or via video call. 1.7. Educate and involve family members and others in treatment as necessary and appropriate. 1.8. Adhere to an agreed activity contract relating to the number of patient contacts offered, and clinical sessions carried out per week in order to minimise waiting times and ensure treatment delivery remains accessible and convenient. 1.9. Attend multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or patients in treatment, where appropriate. 1.10. Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service. 1.11. Plan and review treatment programmes in close liaison with all members of the multi disciplinary team, patients carers and family in accordance with consent given. To record and report regularly on patients progress and treatment to the multi disciplinary team or in accordance with the policies and procedures laid down in individual clinical areas including the original referrer. To plan, organise and lead both formal and informal treatments and health education groups for both patients and carers. Education of patients and carers regarding the impact of cognitive, perceptual and physical deficits on patient safety and independence in the home, leisure and workplace. To impart sensitive information and advice to patients and carers which could have life changing consequences. To provide an opportunity for patients and carers to express their feelings whilst encouraging acceptance and adjustment to their new circumstances. Demonstrating to and informing other community staff re ongoing patient needs in the community, i.e. home care staff, district nurses. To facilitate return of patients currently in residential or nursing care who wish to return home after a period of stay in a care setting. Liaise with and ensure good communication with statutory and voluntary bodies to establish a comprehensive package to ensure continuation of care in the community. Refer to follow up services to ensure treatment programmes are in place to progress functional independence based on identified needs at the end of episode of care. Job Description

• Food Preparation – prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef; ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Station Management – oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures
• Quality Control – maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste is considered at all times
• Team Collaboration – communicate effectively with all other team members and assist/support all colleagues where necessary
• Menu Development – collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation
