We are looking for an excellent team player who is flexible and self-motivated to enhance our Aseptic Services Team. You will have a professional outlook and able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills providing support to deliver an exceptionally high standard of Aseptic Service. A working knowledge of Aseptic Services is desirable but not essential as a comprehensive training program is available.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Committed to deliver a high standard in patient focused service.
• Comfortable working within confined areas as this is a cleanroom environment.
There will be a requirement to participate in extended hours working including late nights, weekend and bank holidays.
You will have responsibility for assisting the Senior Technical Team in the day-to-day management and development of the Aseptic Services Unit Cytotoxic, PN and CIVA Service within MFT.
To carry out aseptic preparation including parenteral nutrition, CIVA, cytotoxic drugs, gene therapy and monoclonal antibodies from point of prescription receipt including accurately measuring volumes, following departmental procedures.
You will be responsible for the transfer disinfection into the aseptic units all items required for aseptic process
To assist the Senior Technical Team – Aseptic Services in planning, organising and managing the workload in accordance with the capacity plan, ensuring adequate numbers of appropriately trained staff are available to perform tasks required for a given activity level and feeding back information to Senior managers when breaches and constraints occur sing, following departmental processes.
