This is a add-on position to the accountant role. We are streamlining this new position to give work-life balance: looking for an individual who can handle the finance, administrative and logistics functions of a small ultrasonics cleaning company in AMK with a staff strength of 7 and a representative office in the Philippines.
We prefer a versatile and experience individual with a diploma in business and accounting management or higher with some hands on experience coordinating shipment, documentation and compliance with import-export regulations on top of managing a full set of books.
Attributes
· Strong accounting, analytical, administrative, invoicing and shipping skills
· Some shipping experience - Understand incoterms and able to handle import-export shipments from quotation to PO to invoicing and inventory management.
· Able to manage some purchasing, procurement, shipping and inventories.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an accounting software
- Able to handle a full set of accounts in an mnc environment.
· Able to work independently
Duties

Report to a local director who travels occasionally and two others stationed overseas.
· Manage the admin , shipping and accounting functions of the company:
- Preparation of a full set of accounts including payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company charges,GL maintenance; and undertake to learn and handle the admin and shipping logistics of the small office.
