Formulate long term strategic plans in relation to organisational wide quality governance and risk management.

Ensure that all target dates for assurance functions are met.

Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure that all governance is comprehensively assessed, appropriately planned, effectively implemented and evaluated according to agreed policies, procedures and guidelines e.g. CQC / NHS Improvement / HSE / NICE / Information Governance Toolkit etc.

Analyse and act on information to proactively manage and deliver NHS targets.

Overview

Under the National University Healthcare System, the department is setting up the NUHS Institute of Clinical Quality and championing clinical quality and patient-centred care across the Group. You will support the functions of the department in the developing, implementing plans and initiatives to achieve quality and patient safety across the cluster. Job Responsibilities

• Works closely with and assists the HOD to oversee the strategic plans of the office and translate goals into action items.

Job Requirements

• Relevant communications experience (preferably in healthcare setting) is an advantage.

TheDirector of Assurance and Cyber Security (and CISO) will be responsible for developing and implementing the Trust’s information Cyber Security strategy in line with the Digital Strategy.
