About Us: The Partnership unites colleagues from Clackmannanshire & Stirling Council, NHS Forth Valley, and partners in the third and independent sectors. Our dedicated workforce operates across social work offices, health centres, GP practices, community hospitals, care homes, intermediate care facilities, and day centres, all working together to support better living within our communities.

Responsibilities
Your Role: As Chief Officer, you will:
- Lead the integration of local services.
- Provide strategic leadership to tackle challenges such as increased demand, recruitment and retention, and the implementation of new technologies and innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant senior-level experience within large, complex organisations, preferably within the NHS or local government.
- A passion for improving public health and social care.
- The ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving our shared goals.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
