• Recycling and Scrap Management
  • Lead project to create process to standardize collection and reporting of monthly waste data for all AFNA facilities.
  • Communicate directly to external scrap buyers and haulers to develop standard method of reporting monthly data.

What You’ll Do

As Enterprise Information Management Systems Manager, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations and maintenance functions for the facility related infrastructure networks and recommend efficient Tier 1 solutions by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic failures and restoring failed operational capabilities within a specified amount of time, ensuring sustainment of mission operations.

• Acts as a liaison between departmental staff and project's members/end-users. Throughout the project works with Contracts Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Project Managers, Directors, Administrators, VPs, Finance Department, Budget/General Accounting, Accounts Payable, LLH, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Contractors and Consultants. Actively supports and participates in all applicable meetings with Project Teams and Senior Leadership.
• Support management & project teams throughout the lifecycle of a project by gathering, analyzing and providing information and reporting findings to complete projects within planned/approved scope, schedule and budget. Works within the framework of the Construction Management Team to identify, develop and recommend opportunities for improvement/efficiencies in contracting, project finance processes and strengthening of internal controls. Works on special projects and develops reports as assigned by the System Director of Construction Management
• Creates construction and design contracts using standard Riverside Health System (RHS) Contract forms and exhibits and American Institute of Architects (AIA) documents. Organizes and distributes contracts through DocuSign and tracks contracts with contractors and designers through RSH authority matrix to assure timely execution. Analyzes, interprets, and works with Contracts Manager and Director to respond to request from contractors and designer for modifications to contract language. Utilizes Workday to upload vendor quotes, invoices, and coordinates with other accounting systems to assure accurate project cost reporting. Assists with Accounts Payable and Construction Invoice processing to include tracking approvals, processing supplier invoices and payment applications including lien waivers and attestations. Files and tracks insurance certificates and performs monthly reviews to obtain annual renewals through the statute of repose for all executed contracts.
• Creates and tracks Purchase Orders/Requisitions/RFQs for and issues purchase orders and sends award notices to suppliers once fully approved. Creates change orders and contract amendments using contract provisions and distributes for approval using DocuSign and Workday. Works with project managers, contractors, and design professionals to create reconciliations for amended contracts in Excel, revises contract in Workday and re-issues purchase orders to suppliers.
• Assists in the creation of Bids for construction contracts and Requests for Proposals for design contracts. Assists with project closeout to include following up on, remaining open balances, and closing all procurement transactions prior to project closeout. In addition, will monitor and track the receipt of all closeout documents to include as-built drawings and certificates of completion in coordination with Project Managers. Assists with supplier prequalification process and the creation of new suppliers in Workday. Coordinates and assists with Annual Asbestos Training and filing of reports. Manages document control process for multiple projects in compliance with RSH procedures.

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Contract Manager to support our customer in Chantilly, VA. GED delivers mission-critical capabilities that enable to plan and execute intelligence-gathering missions from NRO overhead systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to IC and DoD users.

The Contracts Manager will provide support to contracts/ and related business processes throughout all stages of the contract management life cycle. Purpose: Serves as an advocate to our members, guests and prospective members. Provides accurate information regarding company products, policies, and practices to both internal and external customers while delivering +1 customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns by internal and external customers regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. Inbound calls include:

• Membership Questions
• Billing Questions
• General Planet Fitness Inquires.

• Answer detailed questions regarding member’s agreement and company policies while delivering +1 customer service.
• Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts up to and including cancel request with the mindset of saving the membership through asking questions and overcoming objections.
• Strive for first call resolution and follow through with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain department inboxes and other items as designated by call center leadership, and ensure items are completed within Excel Fitness standards.

Job Description:

The Building Management Systems Program Manager is responsible for the effective oversight, continued development, and overall management of RaceTrac’s BMS Program.  This role provides the energy, mechanical, electrical, and building automation/controls expertise for new store construction and existing store retrofits as well as crafting compelling energy consumption mitigation strategies.  In addition, this role maintains key relationships associated with the program, including the third-party BMS partner, internal stakeholders, and field teams.  The BMS Program Manager works closely with the operations and store support teams to influence optimization strategies and maintenance schedules to improve performance and reduce overall energy costs in store systems as well as identify anomalies and/or failing equipment.  The BMS Program Manager supports the Architecture & Design and Construction Teams by ensuring adherence to industry standards and guidelines, reviewing design documents and consulting on energy efficient designs and/or specifications.  This role will participate in the third-party commissioning and recommissioning of store equipment.  As the internal subject matter expert in building automation and controls, this role is responsible for  educating and training internal team members and leaders on the principles of building automation, energy conservation and management, and the effect of proper maintenance protocols on energy consumption and equipment life. This role may additionally provide routine energy consumption/performance reporting to internal stakeholders either on a routine basis or as needed. The BMS Program Manager will stay abreast of best practices, new technologies, market dynamics, and trends, and will serve as a resource to others by advising on best practices and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Leads efforts to identify and implement new building automation controls and schemes related to store equipment & energy conservation, and develops program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Provides leadership, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to internal stakeholders and manages BMS related vendor relationships
• Conducts thorough analysis to develop business cases for implementing energy efficiency initiatives
• Provides feedback and updates regularly to internal teams related to BMS monitored equipment and overall store performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a focus on engineering, construction, or another related field preferred
• 3-5 years’ of experience in facility management, energy management, or construction
• Additional certifications for Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Tridium building automation systems and building commissioning
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural drawings and plans and thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, such as: hot water tanks, pumps, air handling equipment, decentralized HVAC systems, and other terminal HVAC devices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with many internal stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to summarize complex, technical issues on a need-to-know basis for decision makers

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Fifth Third Bank’s Audit Division is responsible for performing independent, objective assurance activities for the Bank’s key business processes, products, services and technologies, as well as governance, oversight and monitoring functions of management and support functions. 

TEAM DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an individual to join our growing Internal Audit team supporting Commercial processes. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Audit Project Manager I conducts end-to-end business process audits for various business/functional areas within the Bank.  Audits are performed in a team environment under the guidance of the Audit Manager.  Responsibilities include developing and executing audit planning, fieldwork, reporting and wrap-up activities on each engagement in accordance with established standards.  Individuals in this role may work as an individual contributor or start to lead engagements with 1-4 auditors. In some instances, may act as deep subject matter expert on a key area or function of the Bank.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure execution of all audit activities in the planning, testing, reporting and wrap up phases in compliance with the Audit Division's methodology /standards and within the timeframes to support department metrics.
• Collaborate with Audit team members to plan audit projects, develop risk and control assessments, develop work programs and other deliverables of audit work.
• Lead the audit team in documenting business processes and technology management processes related to the entity being audited. Execute testing of controls to assess adequacy of control design and operational effectiveness in managing risk.
• Demonstrate and apply strong project management skills. Ensure accountability and high quality by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing managers and clients of audit status, and supervising staff performance, when necessary.

• Use knowledge of risk and control concepts and industry trends to identify control deficiencies and recommendation process improvement ideas. Lead audit and regulatory issue follow-up processes.

• Review audit workpapers and provide coaching feedback on work prepared by staff auditors.

• Prepare audit report draft; ensuring that all areas of audit process and results have been addressed and documented in accordance with defined standards. 

• Communicate information to management through periodic update meetings, presentations, and internal audit reports.
• Establish, foster and maintain working relationships with peers and supervisory management within the business line and cross-functional lines to support an effective workflow and continuous communications.  Deliver value to internal and external customer.
• Assist in the identification and continuous monitoring of risks and other potential exposures to the Bancorp. Assist in the execution of continuous monitoring activities that effectively assesses changing risk and the impact on internal controls and planned audit activities.
• Develop line of business and industry knowledge base and expertise to keep current on existing and emerging issues; apply this knowledge for the benefit of the Bank's risk-based audit program.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• 4+ years Fifth Third Audit or large public accounting firm experience; or 5+ years of general industry audit experience required. Supervisory experience required. Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, focus on accounting, finance, management information systems, computer sciences, economics, communications or similar discipline is preferred.
•  Professional certification preferred, such as CRCM or other relevant certifications.
• Proficient with MS-Windows and other related office applications.
