Our very well established client on the outskirts of Taunton have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a permanent basis.

Overview
The Customer Experience they provide is at the core of their proposition & growth plan, so the position of Customer Service Agent is seen as pivotal in their organisation. Acting as the main contact for customers but then liaising with all internal departments to ensure the order to cash process is delivered effectively. The role requires the individual to be able to process large volumes of data while ensuring the customer contact is professional and timely, doing what we say we are going to do is a key attribute.

Core Responsibility

• Dealing with customers via email and telephone providing responses and support in a timely fashion, in line with agreed SLA (Service level agreement = target) where appropriate.
• Be the champion of the Service desk platform - Freshdesk, proactively managing the tickets within SLA's, working with other departments to drive conclusion of ticket and picking out key service trends and working with the management team to resolve root cause issues.
• Order taking and input on Orderwise software.
• Management of customer enquiries from cradle to grave, ensuring closure in a timely fashion
• Management of data in Orderwise, ensuring it is up to date and aligned with Fresh sales CRM Customer issues and requirements. This includes liaising with our hauliers when delivery issues arise.
• Dealing with day-to-day additional office tasks.

Our Registered Service Manager will be working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals and the families of the people we support as well as leading a team to ensure that people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.

You will be managing the day-to-day running of the service(s), developing and implementing person centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, completing medication competencies and medication audits, attending mutli-disciplinary meetings, completing quarterly audits and reports, effectively manage the services P&L, ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist specialise in Generative AI to join a local authority team. The selected candidate will leverage Azure OpenAI Studio to develop and integrate AI models that can process various pieces of text, rationalise the data, and produce a consolidated draft output. This draft will then be evaluated by a human checker, creating a feedback loop that feeds back into the AI system for continuous improvement. This AI model will then need to be integrated back into operational service applications, ideally through the AI model being called by Python notebooks within Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI models using Azure OpenAI Studio.
• Integrate AI models into Python notebooks in Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other key colleagues across the organization to ensure project success.
• Support junior data scientists by providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
• Maintain a high focus on the ethics and security of personal information throughout the project.
