As a Senior Investigative Analyst, you will:

• Independently research, analyze, collect, and produce investigative data, studies, trends, and patterns in furtherance of criminal and civil odometer fraud investigations nationwide.
• Develop, review, interpret, and update investigative files on a continuous basis to determine violations of laws and regulations. Conduct numerous preliminary investigations of alleged odometer fraud in response to complaints received from state and local, industry, federal partners, and consumers.
• Maintain various investigative databases for the purpose of conducting complex technical research in response to specific data requests, performs data entry, trend analyses, and prepares extensive cohesive reports concerning finding
• Assist in the furtherance of odometer fraud investigations by obtaining and assembling information to determine the existence, or nonexistence, of odometer fraud.

CLASS DEFINITION

You would be responsible for using 2D and 3D computer aided design applications to develop and record designs as models and drawings. You will evaluate design intent provided by professional engineers and translate that into the model or drawing.

Additionally, you will assist in the design of larger and more complex assignments that involve conventional plans, investigations, and surveys. Primarily this is for infrastructure, water and wastewater treatment, stormwater and drainage, pumping, piping and pipelines, chemical storage and dosing, minor structural and civil elements.  

Who are you?

We are seeking a candidate who has extensive experience of design within the process/mechanical disciplines on water infrastructure.

You are confident to work with stakeholders across all levels and have a willingness to provide technical assistance and guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.

You should be able to deal one on one and facilitate group discussions to foster the level of collaboration required to create an environment for individuals to achieve optimum design (2D/3D) performance.

You will also have the following skills & experience:

• Associate degree, Diploma, Associate Diploma of Design or Engineering or similar para-professional level qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Previous consulting/design/technical experience on water infrastructure as a designer (preferable 10 – 15 years of experience)
• Extensive experience in the practice of the drafting and design in the general mechanical / process engineering sector using various software, preferably AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated understanding of local industry standards and market sector.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Required Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment. In lieu of this requirement, has previously held the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

As a member of the health care team, assists in coordinating the examination, treatment and health care planning for patients, under the direction of the provider. Also assists with other office functions to support patient care and office operations. Follows all established protocols, policies, procedures and standardized work flows.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares and rooms patients within the clinical practice setting according to standardized work flows. Accurately obtains patient vital signs. Accurately documents patient information, patient history, and medication screening. Prepares exam room for patient visit. Completes annual wellness visit screenings, pends orders for required age appropriate screenings and may serve as a scribe with additional training. (10%)
• Acts as an electronic health record (EHR) superuser. Accurately documents all pertinent details in the  EHR according to established standards and work flows including all pertinent patient interactions at the time of the encounter in the correct EHR note type. Reviews, updates and screens medication list in the EHR. Reviews problem list and social history with patient and updates record. Follows Meaningful Use standards and assists with population health management. (10%)
• Assists in the coordination of patient care under supervision of the assigned health care provider. Assists providers with examination and procedures. Assists in administration of depression screening, tobacco screening, chronic disease screening and MU required screenings. Performs in-house testing following established protocols and policies. Assists with patient prescription needs based on established protocols. (10%)
• Provides clinical leadership oversight, serving as a department resource for clinical questions. (10%)
• Reviews pre-visit planning documentation and patient chart in advance of appointment time to ensure that the provider is prepared to address required screenings and gaps in care. (10%)
• In collaboration with the care team nurse, provides follow up with patient at designated intervals via patient preferred method (telephone, electronic, written) in accordance with prescribed provider instructions. Notifies patients of test results under the direction of provider in a timely manner. (10%)
• Ensures adequate inventory of medical supplies. Ensures all patient treatment areas are always stocked with the appropriate supplies using established inventory standards. Cleans and sterilizes instruments per established policy and manufacturer's guidelines. Accurately performs lab controls and equipment checks as assigned. Administers and accurately documents medications in accordance with policy and safety practice (10%)
• Serves as a peer mentor. Responsibly orients new medical assistants in correct office workflows. Demonstrates proficiency in teaching pre-visit planning, meaningful use standards, appropriate documentation and workflows. Provides meaningful feedback and performance evaluations for orientees. Mentors MA students and externs as assigned. (10%)
• Accurately performs clerical office functions and other duties as assigned or required. (10%)
• Depending on location, may serve as office safety officer: maintains the office safety log, assures the accuracy and completion of all quality assurance testing for all POCT performed in the office environment. Depending on location, may perform additional duties such as minor wound care, splinting procedures, and 61 capsules procedures. (10%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or at least three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years as a Medical Assistant
• Newly hired medical assistants must complete training and/or attempt testing within 30 days of hire; newly hired medical assistants must obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• Medical assistants must achieve and maintain certification in accordance with CMS Meaningful Use requirements.
• CPR certification.

Preferred

• Experience with practice management software and electronic health record applications.

With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. They provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing GameStop. • Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Leader / Store Leader 2/Assistant Store Leader as needed.
• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Pricing Consultant for Insights in our Equifax Workforce Solutions business unit will be responsible for supporting deal engagement and pricing execution programs to drive revenue and margin growth.  This role will serve as a primary advisor with Sales and Finance to ensure a strong negotiation strategy, with pricing and terms that are in-line with product value, revenue/margin growth targets, and customer relationship objectives.  The candidate will also participate in price execution efforts for the Verification Services team and work in partnership with the Revenue Model Leaders on key macro-level pricing initiatives.
