As the Retail Tech Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful roll out of new retail related tech capabilities within your region. You support the value streams and the regional functions in rolling out initiatives. As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence in SEA + HKTW. In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention

What you will do:

• Lead the development of the in-market Digital Marketing plans aligned with Regional and Global strategy covering key and new online markets.
• Responsible for driving and converting traffic to cosstores.com and Marketplace – Zalora in SEA + HK TW
• Drive customer acquisition and retention programme across all channels in alignment with the brand​
• Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing Team, creating an efficient—and informative--workflow towards the set long--and short--term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue​
• Work with External Agencies, e-Commerce Enabler and Global Site team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data​
• Co-create with key central stakeholders and departments to ensure strategic ambitions are met and relevant company goals are factored into digital marketing
• Analyse results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, following up and taking actions according to the business needs to drive the channels
• Comprehensive knowledge across all digital marketing channels including email, PPC, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliates and Social​

As a Digital Experience Manager, will be the expert in experience optimization, leading the functions of site content, online visual merchandising, digital copywriting and customer insight/behaviour analytics for COS online stores in SEA +HKTW. You will focus on the constant optimization/enhance of customer journey on sites, and make sure COS Brand ID and all detailed product information is well delivered to the customers.  

You will also be responsible for customer behaviour study by data analytics. 

What you will do: 

• Responsible for curating the digital experience of COS.com for the Southeast Asian markets, in addition to the Zalora SEA + HKTW marketplace. 

• Understand the product and marketing focuses from the Global and local Merchandising and Marketing Team, and lead DX team in seamlessly translating these insights into our website including but not limited to site content, visual communication and product presentation, thereby optimizing online selling. 

• Ensure that the COS e-commerce platform stays in line with COS aesthetics, visually balance the collection of products based on commerciality, branding, and seasonal trends 

• Constantly improve/optimize the online visual experience and drive the relevant KPI based on site performance data and customer behaviour 

• Understand the online customer’s expectations through behaviour & data analysis, and plan for the constant improvement of UX/website functionality by working closely with IT Team. 

• Build up both short-term and long-term strategies for A/B testing, personalization and other digital projects that are associated with the goals of customer acquisition and retention 

• Collaborate within your E-Commerce team to establish a customer journey that drives profitable E-Commerce selling towards the set targets and goals 

• Work closely and cross-functionally with other key online functions such as Digital Marketing and Online Merchandising to initiate local commercial plan to drive online business
