• Trusted business advisor and subject matter expert to Head of Singapore.
• Understand the marketplace and forecast market trends, industry dynamics.

• As needed, identify new as well as scale marketing systems and processes for growth (e.g., contact database, email marketing, event management, digital analytics, and online community management).
• Support corporate identity through internal and external work (electronic and hardcopy newsletters, portal, external websites, external brochures, presentations, social media channels, SOPs, etc.).
• Support regional marketing workstreams.
• Accountable for Singapore activation budget and responsible for forecasting. monthly/quarterly including yearend reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of brand/product marketing and events experience is required.
• Experience developing program content and advertising is required.
• Analytical skills are required.
• Experience in budget forecasting and planning is required.
• Exceptional writing skills are required.
• E-Marketing, social media, and digital marketing experience required.
• Experience in using digital systems for content marketing, event management tools and online tools are required.
• Good people skills, able to influence management and work cross-functionally.
• Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize.
• Strong personal leadership skills.
• Must be able to organize work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working primarily with regional and global treasury teams of top tier international multinational corporates, to achieve revenue growth targets and increase market share through new-to-bank mandates and transaction flows.
• Work closely with other regions (i.e., Americas, Europe) and other divisions across the bank to deliver innovative and value-adding solutions to clients and establish Deutsche Bank as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the Cash Management space.
• Acquire first hand knowledge and thorough understanding of treasury best practices and the regulatory landscape to add value to regional treasury centers operating in Asia Pacific.
• Ensure scalability by replicating deals within and across a region or industry vertical.
• Spearhead client engagements, pitches/presentations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Partner with various business heads across Products and Coverage to roll-out initiatives, campaigns and commercialize solutions aimed at building the Asia Pacific franchise.
• Cross-sell Trade Finance and Risk Management products to build the Deutsche Bank franchise.
• To work with the Implementation & Service team and Operation Team responsible for all post sales activities, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within the client’s expectations.
• Work with team members in a collaborative, trustful and performance driven manner to build a leading Cash Management team in Asia Pacific.
• Understand and comply with regulations and internal policies to ensure no deviation to each compliance requirement.

Requirements

• 10 + years cash management, transactional FX sales and/or corporate banking relationship management experience with top tier international multinational corporates.
• Proven track record in managing complex regional cash management deals in Asia Pacific with the ability to formulate and deliver sophisticated advisory and/or bespoke solutions to clients.
• Possess strong knowledge of treasury trends amongst multinational corporates as well as a keen understanding of the geopolitical and regulatory landscape, and macroeconomic trends across Asia Pacific.
• Good understanding of accounting practices and organizational best practices.
• Ability to influence and build collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at the local, regional and global levels.
• Displays a global, innovative, performance-driven and resourceful mindset.
• Is able to work across international time zones, i.e., Americas, Europe and Asia.
