To provide a high standard physiotherapy service within the service

To perform physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations of physical and psychological conditions, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.

To hold responsibility for own case load and be responsible for a defined area of the service, or a particular patient type, working with and without direct supervision.

Supervision takes the form of regular formal training, clinical reasoning sessions, peer review and case conferences.

Access to advice and support from a senior physiotherapist is available if required, clinical work should be routinely evaluated.

To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.

To liaise effectively with other disciplines.

To undertake evidence-based audit and research projects to further own and teams’ clinical practice within each rotation. Main Responsibilities

As a Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair work in void properties. Responsibilities of a Voids Supervisor :

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors in carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks in void properties

• To undertake all Quantity Surveying duties on your contracts.
• To direct and control all financial and legal aspects of your construction contract ensuring that it is profitable.
• To be aware of the company's business plan and its aims
• To establish, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships with the client and all members of the client’s team.
• Prepare any loss and expense claims arising out of the extension of time claims.
• Ensure all subcontractors are on our approved list
• Working with the contract team to manage the design on a design and build contract with a view of ensuring that changes are made for the financial benefit of the company.
