We have an exciting, innovative and specialist role within our RISE Early Help Service. The role will be based within our Mental Health in Schools Team offer, which was part of a successful trailblazer program stemming from the green paper in 2017.
We are looking for 2 experienced CBT therapists with a passion for early intervention and prevention to join our MDT.

To deliver evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within the Coventry Mental Health in Schools Team.
To provide supervision and support to junior clinicians within your team.
To carry a caseload and co-ordinate care for those children, young people and families. Through this the post holder will assess children referred to the service and plan, implement and evaluate treatment plans.
As a member of the RISE team the post holder will display the ability to liaiseinternally and externally as appropriate withother professionals to aid CYP recovery pathway. Whilst also being able to support other professionals in guidance/consultation for provision of own own service.
