We are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Supervisor to join our IT team in Bristol. The IT Service Desk Supervisor reports to the Head of IT Operations and is a key member of the IT Operations Team and the IT Service Delivery Team. Your Role

Customer Service Administrator

The Customer service administrator will carry out duties such as:

• To be a first point of call to clients to organise incoming goods receipt
• Working closely with a global client base in processing inbound orders

• General department administration

The successful customer service administrator will have a need to hold an administrative background, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages.
