Job Title: Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer and Moderator Lead

Salary and Benefits: Circa £40,000 plus company car and extensive benefits package

Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15

As a Community Pharmacy Training Content Developer and Moderator Lead, you will be crucial to the success of our training initiatives. Your role will be central to our mission of preparing our pharmacy teams for the fast evolving landscape of community healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive training curricula that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interactive Content Creation: Produce interactive modules, videos, and webinars that engage learners and enhance retention.
• Assessment Development: Construct evaluations and quizzes to measure learning outcomes and competency.
• Content Customisation: Tailor content to address the specific needs of a variety of roles
• Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest trends in pharmacy practice and education to ensure content relevance.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular reviews and updates of training materials to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
• Mentorship: Guide and support other content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of training programs and report on key performance indicators.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with industry experts, educational institutions, and professional bodies to enrich our training content.

Your new role
As part of the ABS Training and Development team, you will be training staff in practical ways to manage the firm's regulatory and reputational risk in an increasingly challenging environment. Working with the national team and closely with audit teams, you will provide continuous and relevant training. Key responsibilities will include -
Liaison with all stakeholders to ensure all are kept up to date with relevant training and that feedback is taken into account
Liaison with the Training and Development Lead
Organisation, development, review and delivery of training to agreed timescales.
Prepare proposals for developing training, attend all relevant internal meetings and training sessions, develop a network of contacts,
Ability to manage/co-manage a limited portfolio of audit clients to maintain knowledge and experience of current practices and issues


What you'll need to succeed
You'll have significant audit experience gained within a professional service environment, strong communication skills and be able to liaise with staff of various levels and external stakeholders. You will have experience of developing and delivering practical training and have a strong appetite to see people develop and improve audit quality.
