THERAPY MANAGER

Therapy Manager is responsible for Efficiently manage the therapy area by effectively reaching out to customers and increases product awareness, answer queries and introduce new products. Also responsible for Customer Focus and have industry knowledge and Schedule and plan the frequency of calls and personally visit the targeted doctors as per agreed coverage list. 

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Imbibe the product related features/benefits including scientific information thereto, so as to effectively communicate with the medical doctors and handle product related customer queries
• Utilize customer focused selling techniques (CSSP), continually assessing the knowledge of the customer and strategize to maintain high customer confidence and customer knowledge of company products.
• Maintain current, approved protocol (CSSP) and promotional materials to be included in sales presentation/ detailing.
•  Contact customers on regular basis and deliver informative sales presentations based on customers need.
• Explore opportunities to develop new business in the assigned therapy area.
• Achieve and exceed the sales targets on a consistent basis through effective implementation of the sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
• Constantly update the knowledge of disease and product area so as to facilitate scientific discussion with stakeholders to enhance productivity levels as expected by the Company. 
• Carry out Product Visibility and such ancillary or incidental activities related to the Products of the Company or Products of any other Company as may be decided from time to time, in accordance with any arrangement or agreement entered by the Company with such other Company.
• Explore opportunities to develop new business avenues for assigned therapy area and territory.
• Tactically plans to generate tertiary demand generation.
• Plans and executes field working as per approved tour programs and reports into data management system at regular intervals as per company expectations.
• Takes follow-up initiatives on feedback and customer service requirements.
• Handles special product campaigns, new product launch campaigns as per Company’s plans.
• Covers the Nursing homes, clinics and hospitals as per agreed coverage requirements.
• Assists in the collection of receivables, as per company policy.
• Work collectively with other team colleagues in arranging speakers, displays, special programs and CMEs to meet the educational needs of customers.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Degree in Sciences / B Pharm
• 3 or more year’s relevant experience
• Proven experience in articulating data-driven findings to various audience levels and translating these findings into actionable recommendations.
• Relevant experience in therapeutic segment

Senior Specialist Veeva Quality Platform Configuration

The Senior Specialist Veeva Quality Platform Configuration will have advanced experience in Veeva technology, architecture, specifically Vault Quality configuration and will be responsible for the assessment and design of new functionalities, enhancements and will play critical role in executing system configurations within Vault Quality. This role is essential part of Quality Platform team to assure delivery of product enhancements according to the Product and Platform Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solutioning and design of new functionalities and enhancements
• Executing system configurations
• Provide expertise in Veeva Quality suite as a certified Vault platform administrator and QMS system administrator and configuration specialist.
• Drive technical impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes and ensuring impact understood across VQMS and QualityDocs.
• Participate on system qualification activities (IQ/OQ, system and regression testing) including documentation
• Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Veeva Vault Quality evolves to meet business needs
• Ensure Quality Vault remains compliant as a Validated Solution through verification testing, documentation, and validation efforts
• Collaborate across teams and work closely with Veeva Platform application owners, Product owners, IT Architects, and Product Line teams
• Collaborate with Veeva Enterprise Managed Services on product features
• Manage and maintain meta data in Quality Vault (picklists, organizational data, etc)

Knowledge/Education Required:

• Minimum Level of Education Required - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, and Science OR in a related field. The job requires a solid academic background on how Information Technology supports the delivery of business objectives
• Preferred Level of Education - Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault/Vault Quality Suite/ QMS). The role holder has completed the Certified Vault Training and is up to date.

• Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required - 3+ year of Veeva Vault Quality experience and particularly desirable is QMS experience. Veeva Quality Docs and QMS is a Validated SAAS application, and therefore documented certification and experience of working in a GxP environment is required.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Experience in information technology and relevant business areas
• Understanding of Quality Management System Capabilities (Audit/Inspection management, CAPA management, Deviations management, Complaint management)
• As knowledge of Veeva Quality Suite grows, more advanced configuration and integration work is expected. This knowledge will be used on a daily basis as part of configuration work, handling changes requests and will ultimately support business processes across Manufacturing and R&D.
• Experience in solution delivery with GMP systems
• Experience with architecture, integration, interfaces, portals, and/or analytics

Senior Specialist, Software Engineer (Backend), Digital Solutions

Senior Specialist, Software Engineer (Backend) will work within the Human Health Digital Data and Analytics area to contribute to development of our advanced data science application platform.  We are realizing the vision of a cohesive commercial decision support suite, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions to optimize delivery of our product to patients. The candidate will work with the Solutions Engineering team to architect and implement highly available and performant solutions using AWS cloud, Kubernetes, and AWS AI/ML services.

The Senior Specialist, Software Engineer (Backend) role requires excellent programming skills in Python and thorough knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and implementation of cloud-based architecture.

The preferred candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, understanding of healthcare & technology, a demonstrated record of building solutions preferably using AWS cloud platform services. The candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills, an ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity and strong collaboration skills. The candidate will empower a growth mindset and inspire a culture of continual learning. This role will require interfacing and collaborating with many teams throughout a lot of our markets and so strong communication skills is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and own backend components and libraries for our product suite, build from quick prototypes to extensive web-based applications.
• Work with the DevOps/Cloud team to build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure in AWS using scripting and Infrastructure -as-Code tools.
• Contribute to design and use of APIs to expose backend functionality.
• Reassess our products frequently to enhance and align architectures, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability.
• Lead, Develop, and influence software development patterns and standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring to other team members.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure changes enhance maintainability, performance, and security.

Education Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of BS (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline. Masters/PhD preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years' experience building and delivering production quality systems.
• Excellent programming skills with Python, building REST web services, APIs.
• Experience with Flask, Django, FastAPI or similar.
• Experience building software products and solutions with Microservices, API-first, Cloud Native, Headless principles.
• Experience with containers and orchestration, with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience developing with cloud services, e.g. AWS Lambda, Sagemaker, Glue, or other.
• Experience with data pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of application security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will bring energy, knowledge, and an innovation mindset to carry out the following role which is part of the Chemical Technical Operations (CTO) team, a team of engineers and chemists that manage the supply of intermediates and APIs from External Partners (EP) located in the AP region. The position reports to the Director, CTO, External Manufacturing (ExM). The technical lead will be part of the ExM Focused Factory the provides oversight of External Partners in day-to-day manufacturing and supply of products. The technical lead may also be involved in new process introduction and technical transfers to new or existing EPs.

Main responsibilities of the Technical Lead include:

• Support technical due diligence assessments at potential EP’s.

• Support initial technical transfer of new or existing products to the EP and liaison with the sending site.

• Collaborates with Focused Factory team members (Operations and Quality) in the oversight of EPs with an End-to-End mindset.

• Proactive partnership with EP's to achieve business goals, capacity improvements, mitigate risks and continuously improve performance so as to establish a common culture that benefits both company and EP.

• Acting as a point of contact for the EP, provide ‘calibrated’ technical oversight of manufacturing at the EP, monitor performance, manage change requests and review deviation reports.

This Role is responsible for implementing CMC regulatory strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products in accordance with global regulations, guidance’s and defined regulatory strategies. He would even be responsible for the preparation and review of information required for development of regulatory CMC dossiers for commercial products.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

• Experience in reviewing scientific information to assess technical merits and suitability of scientific rationale to ensure information is presented clearly and conclusions are adequately supported by data.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate issues in a succinct and logical manner.  Strong listening skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of related fields (e.g., pharmaceutical manufacturing, analytical testing, and quality assurance).

We are seeking a talented, motivated and self-driven professional to join the HHDDA organization and play an active role in our Company's Human Health transformation journey to become the premier “Data First” commercial biopharma organization.

 

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Solutions team and play a key role in understanding, maintaining and utilizing data assets/products optimally, establishing enterprise data management principles, standards, and guidelines on behalf of the assigned functional area or data domain, and serving as the point of contact for matters of data quality, fitness, and implementation of data governance. You will be responsible for the stewardship of transversal and therapeutic area-specific data domains and act as the subject matter expert, working with data consumers and stakeholders on how to best manage and leverage data assets/products within the organization. You will also work closely with data product owners and data engineers to support these data assets/products throughout their lifecycle.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Ensure compliance, security, and quality of data assets and products, making sure these are fit for purpose

·       Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) with your specific data domain(s) working closely with data engineers, data product owners and data consumers

·       Drive data profiling, exploratory data analysis and produce/maintain key artifacts such as data dictionaries, catalogs and lineage information

·       Drive creation and implementation of governance policies and procedures around intake, storage, processing, and transmission of data; report on and escalate data quality/governance/compliance issues as needed

·       Lead efforts to achieve established data quality/governance objectives, conduct data investigations and drive resolution of data-related issues

·       Provide operational oversight throughout the lifecycle of data products, monitor usage and provide insight into how, when and where teams can best utilize data for decision making

·       Partner with IT teams in implementing practices and leveraging existing governance tools

Education:

·       B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or related field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business, etc.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

·      7+ years of relevant data analysis, data management, consulting and/or industry experience (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling)

·       Basic knowledge on how data assets/products are developed and used within business processes and data science/analytics use cases

·       Baseline knowledge of relevant datasets in pharma/healthcare commercial and marketing analytics domains

·       Proficiency with data analysis techniques and tools, particularly SQL

·       Analytical and data-focused thinking, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail

·       Ability to drive decisions for their functional area to data domain owners and ability to influence across business/functional areas
